Under the background of promoting cultural confidence,classical Chinese plays an increasingly important role in traditional cultural education.The new Chinese textbook for senior high school has been put into use for the fall semester of 2019.It is jointly compiled by People’s Education Press and the Ministry of Education of China,and it is quite different from previous textbooks in terms of the number of selected classical Chinese texts,the way of arrangement and the setting of exercises.Whether this set of textbooks is conducive to the implementation of Chinese traditional excellent culture education and whether it can boost the realization of the goal of education,we need to systematically comb the classical Chinese text of the previous sets of senior high school Chinese textbooks.This paper takes classical Chinese in six sets of senior high school Chinese textbooks published since 1978 as the research object,adopts comparative research method and statistical analysis method,and hopes to find the current situation of classical Chinese selection and compilation through comparative analysis,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on selection and compilation,so as to provide certain reference for the selection and compilation of classical Chinese in the future.This paper is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This part describes in detail the reasons for the topic selection,summarizes the status quo of relevant research,and clarifies the research significance,content,methods and related concepts.The second chapter makes a comparative analysis of the changes in the selection and compilation of classical Chinese in senior high school Chinese textbooks since1978,mainly involving the changes in the selection and compilation of classical Chinese in terms of the length,quantity and genre,the changes in the reading-aid system and the changes in exercises after class.First of all,in the selection of classical Chinese,the selection of text is more and more prominent,theme,genre,style more diverse;Secondly,with the updating of teaching materials,the system is becoming more and more perfect,with more and more content,and more attention is paid to cultivating students’ independent learning ability.Finally,with the development of teaching materials,the number of exercises has been reduced,and the emphasis has gradually shifted from quantity to quality,highlighting the comprehensiveness and practicality of exercises.The third chapter summarizes the selection basis of Wenyanwen,a Chinese textbook for senior high school since 1978.Since 1978,the construction of textbooks for primary and secondary schools in China has roughly experienced three periods,that is,the national customization period of "one outline for one book",the examination and approval period of "one outline for many books",and the new national customization period of "one standard for one book".By analyzing the syllabus of each period,we can get a glimpse of the compilation thought of each set of textbooks.The fourth chapter is the merits and demerits of classical Chinese.On the basis of the above mentioned,it points out the advantages and disadvantages of the selection of classical Chinese in senior high school textbooks,and puts forward some suggestions on selection and teaching of classical Chinese.This chapter is divided into two sections.The first section summarizes the advantages of selective compilation: it begins to give consideration to both humanity and tools in the selection method,gradually turns to the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability in the reading aid system,and increasingly highlights the comprehensiveness and practicality in after-school exercises.The second section summarizes the shortcomings: the lack of diversity of literary styles,the lack of guidance methods for classical Chinese reading,and the inaccuracy and perfection of annotations.The fifth chapter is for the high school Chinese textbook classical Chinese part of the improvement of the suggestions and teaching suggestions,this chapter altogether two summaries.The first section puts forward some suggestions for improvement: we should increase the variety of literary styles,attach importance to the guidance of classical Chinese reading methods,and pay attention to the accuracy of annotations.The second section puts forward some suggestions on the teaching of classical Chinese: comprehensively grasp the compilation characteristics of classical Chinese,make teaching adjustments according to the changes in the arrangement of classical Chinese,study literature to expand the teaching content of classical Chinese,guide students to discover the evolution laws of ancient and modern Chinese,and guide students to summarize the sentence patterns of classical Chinese.
