Research On Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System Of Junior Middle School PE Homework

As a special form of extra-curricular sports activities,sports homework is a crucial link of school activities.It is an extension of school sports,which can imperfectively educate and guide teenagers to learn,experience,and participate in sports activities.The quality of the implementation is of great significance to enhance adolescent health literacy,especially for the students who are in the golden period of development.Current homework work of sports in China is still at the stage of extensive development,regional level of implementation and carry out the good and bad are intermingled,so urgently need a assessment tool to judge its development status,supervision and feedback of evaluation functions,truly scientific and effective management,thus promoting sports homework the implementation and development of the work,the essence of this study.Based on this,this study takes the junior school sports family evaluation index system as the research object,draw on the theoretical and practical study of homework evaluation at home and abroad,and constructs the theoretical model of junior school sports homework evaluation based on constructivism theory,humanistic learning theory and CIPP evaluation model theory.From "background-input-process-result"four dimensions to junior high school sports homework described.The use of literature method,analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method and other research methods lead this study with direction,comprehensiveness,comparability,combination of qualitative and quantitative,dynamic as the principle,through two rounds of expert opinion survey,finally built the junior high school sports homework evaluation index system.The evaluation index system is composed of 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators,including operation background,operation plan,operation implementation process and operation completion effect.The weight of first-level indicators is 0.0574,0.1763,0.4598 and0.3066.Specific evaluation standards in the school sports work regulations and compulsory education sports and health curriculum standards(2011 edition)"as the platform,combining with the policies of the requested documents on sports homework spirit and the real situation after the junior middle school sports homework,and invited experts to do the quality control.Finally taking Henan province as an example,to select a representative schools in the province empirical test,the empirical results show that the constructed index system of indicators in the evaluation process can be implemented smoothly,the actual investigation and preliminary idea has the consistency of the evaluation results can more fully reflect the college school sports homework works carried out overall situation,Therefore,it is considered that the index system constructed has good rationality and operability and can be used as an evaluation tool for junior and middle school sports homework.
