| The CIPP evaluation model,also called decision-oriented or improved-oriented evaluation model,was proposed in the 1960 s and 1970 s as a curriculum evaluation model initiated by Stufflebeam,an American educational evaluator.Its Evaluation model is composed of Context Evaluation,Input Evaluation,Process Evaluation and result Evaluation.This research will search a lot of literature and data,based on the theories of Physical Education teaching theory,physical education measurement and evaluation,combined with the current teaching evaluation of physical education major in colleges and universities,the CIPP evaluation model was sorted out,compared and linked,and its suitability and universality were studied,then,on the basis of the original evaluation system,a set of theoretical system suitable for the evaluation of university sports swimming teaching is summed up,there are multi-direction:(1)the Expert Authority coefficients of the Delphi method were 0.765 and 0.786,so they pass the consistency test.among which 4 first-class indexes and weight coefficients are0.2623 for swimming teaching condition evaluation and 0.0623 for swimming teaching process evaluation,respectively,the input evaluation of swimming teaching 0.2086.The evaluation of swimming teaching achievement is 0.5346;the 10 secondary indexes and weight coefficients are: Swimming Field Infrastructure(0.0729),swimming teaching training environment(0.0192),teacher background(0.0438),swimming course structure(0.0453),swimming course design(0.0204),teacher teaching ability evaluation(0.1205),teacher teaching plan evaluation(0.0606),motor skill evaluation(0.3765),student teaching ability evaluation(0.2198),student affective goal evaluation(0.0835),and through the first-class index and the second-class index,42 third-class index and the weight coefficient are constructed.(3)establishing a bridge between the university sports swimming teaching evaluation system and the International Advanced Evaluation Model CIPP model,and obtaining the evaluation standard system which integrates the CIPP evaluation model.The evaluation system is carried out in the process of the continuous development of teaching,the main body of the evaluation is based on the basic conditions of the school itself,taking the various requirements in the teaching process as the standard,supplemented by the guarantee requirements,on the teaching process of the internal and external environment,macro to micro and other details of the overall comprehensive value judgment.Research Conclusions:(1)The evaluation system of university sports swimming teaching is based on the CIPP evaluation model conditions,the evaluation of swimming teaching process,the evaluation of swimming teaching input and the evaluation of swimming teaching achievements,evaluation of each school can be flexible according to different standards.(2)the evaluation of teaching condition and the evaluation of teaching achievement are the most important in the index of the first grade weight coefficient,followed by the evaluation of swimming teaching process and the evaluation of swimming teaching input,in the index of the two-level Weight Coefficient,the foundation of the swimming field,the infrastructure and the structure of the teaching process are of the highest importance,which can explain that we should attach importance to the external environment of teaching,that is,the construction of the field facilities,finally,because of the particularity of swimming teaching,we should pay attention to the protective measures of teaching and optimize the protective mechanism in swimming teaching. |
