What people to train,how to train people and for whom are the fundamental questions that China’s higher education must answer.Establishing morality and cultivating people is the fundamental standard to test the work of colleges and universities together.The Guiding Outline of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education in 2020 pointed out that the strategic measures to comprehensively promote curriculum ideological and political construction affect and even determine the issue of successors,determine the long-term stability of the country,and determine national rejuvenation and national rise.As the most powerful reserve force of high-end talents and scientific and technological innovation talents,graduate students pay more attention to the key points of "research",emphasize the deeper level of professional and academic research,and have significant characteristics in terms of educational objects,research horizons,teaching methods,theory and practice.Aiming at this group,build a curriculum ideological and political evaluation index system,which is conducive to cultivating new people of the era,standing firmly in the ideological position It is of great significance to break through the double bottleneck of curriculum ideological and political theory and practical research.Centered on the word "curriculum ideological and political",scholars at home and abroad have carried out a series of studies.Among them,the research of domestic scholars can be divided into three stages: "theoretical research-teaching practice-research diversification",with the key words of "ideological and political curriculum","moral education","teaching reform",and so on.There are many research achievements in the field of curriculum ideological and political,but there are also shortcomings: the research on curriculum ideological and political involves a wide range of aspects,but the pertinence is not strong;The research on ideological and political construction of curriculum is highly speculative,but not practical;There is a lack of systematic evaluation system of ideological and political effects of curriculum.Based on this,this study focuses on the ideological and political construction of postgraduate courses,and uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,and a series of data analysis methods to build a highly operational and practical evaluation index system of postgraduate courses ideological and political.This study refers to the relevant research of scholars on the ideological and political evaluation index system of the curriculum,takes the Marxist values and CIPP evaluation model as the theoretical basis,takes the core documents and policy documents as the resource library,and uses Nvivo software coding to initially construct the ideological and political evaluation index system of the postgraduate curriculum with 4 first-level evaluation indicators,10 second-level evaluation indicators and 27third-level evaluation indicators.On this basis,first of all,after two rounds of expert consultation,through the analysis of the satisfaction data of the evaluation indicators,the preliminary system was revised and improved,and the final evaluation index system consisted of four first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators;Secondly,through the third round of expert consultation weight questionnaire,with the help of analytic hierarchy process and MATLAB software,the weight coefficient of each evaluation index is determined;Finally,taking D University as an example,the empirical study was carried out to obtain the current situation of the investigation on the ideological and political evaluation of the postgraduate courses in D University,and some suggestions were given for the construction of the ideological and political evaluation index system of the postgraduate courses from the existing problems,weight reflection and construction measures.
