| Home sports homework is of great significance to the development and perfection of school physical education,has a far-reaching influence on the improvement of adolescent students’ physical health level,is conducive to the development of home-school integrated education and promote students to develop lifelong sports consciousness.Through the method of literature,questionnaire and interview to understand the development of family sports and Xiongan New Area family sports homework implementation status,using mathematical statistics to collate and analyze the data.Through questionnaires and interviews with some students,parents and PE teachers in several urban public junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area,Hebei province,it can be seen that urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area have implemented the PE homework system,and the frequency and amount of homework are relatively appropriate.Physical education teachers take the new curriculum standard as the benchmark,according to the students’ age,physical and mental development characteristics and feasibility of the principle of assigning homework.The homework content mainly includes review and preview,physical fitness,motor skills and physical health.There are both independent homework and cooperative homework.There are some differences between grades and individuals.Most of the students have a high degree of completion of home sports homework and can feel the positive influence of home sports homework.Students think that the biggest factor affecting the completion of sports homework is the lack of sports atmosphere,and some students think that there is no time or worry that it will affect their study.Most parents support their children to complete their sports homework,and they can spare some time to accompany and supervise their children,which is closely related to whether the parents are engaged in sports related work and whether they have exercise habits.Parents believe that the most important positive effect of homework is to enable children to master sports skills,improve physical fitness and sports performance.Most parents think that sports homework has less negative impact.In the examination and evaluation of sports homework,the most widely used is parents’ evaluation,including parents to check and sign and upload pictures and videos.Teachers’ evaluation mainly takes tests,exams and class displays.However,the frequency of examination and evaluation of most PE teachers is not high,and the pertinence of evaluation needs to be strengthened.The Delphi method is used to construct the evaluation index system of home physical education homework of urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area,and the research conclusions are as follows:1.The initial evaluation indicators include 4 first-level indicators,12second-level indicators and 51 third-level indicators.In the evaluation index system of family physical education homework for urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area,the first index includes four indexes: homework preparation,homework implementation,homework inspection and evaluation,and homework function.The secondary indexes include 11,such as selection principle,facility location and operation content classification.The third level index includes 37 principles of combining inside and outside the class,scientific principles and feasibility principles.2.Determine the weight of each index of the constructed evaluation index system,and finally obtain the comprehensive weight table of the evaluation index system of family physical education homework of urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area.Among the four first-level indicators,the weights from high to low are job implementation,job inspection and evaluation,job preparation and job function.Under the weight of each first-level indicator,there are corresponding weights of second-level indicators and third-level indicators.3.Convert the comprehensive weight table into scores,and finally get the comprehensive rating table for family sports homework of urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area.Using the comprehensive rating table,the two schools were measured.The final results show that the evaluation index system of family physical education homework constructed in this study has good operability and can be used as a tool to evaluate family physical education homework of urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area.Based on the current situation of the development of family physical education homework of urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area,this study constructs the evaluation index system of family physical education homework of urban junior middle schools in Xiongan New Area and conducts field measurement,hoping to promote and improve the development of family physical education homework. |
