| On the one hand,non-academic education and training in colleges and universities can improve the comprehensive quality of trainees,on the other hand,it is also an important content of team improvement,and also a way for colleges and universities to serve the society.With the development of the concept of lifelong education and the growth of the millennial generation,the current economic and social development is getting higher and higher,and the speed is getting faster and faster.The complex working environment and difficulty of work require higher and higher quality of non-academic education and training in colleges and universities.The quality evaluation of the trainees to the training project and the effect evaluation of the trainees to the training content have become an important part of the non-academic education and training work in colleges and universities.Training quality evaluation has gradually become an important part of non-academic education and training evaluation work,and evaluation indicators play an important role in training evaluation work.If training quality evaluation cannot complement each other with training work,the direction and objectives of training work will have certain deviations,and training quality and training effect cannot be accurately measured.The improvement and enhancement of training work can not be supported by data.Through the literature review,the research content of non-academic education is much,but the research content of the quality evaluation index of non-academic education training is still weak.At present,the research on training quality evaluation mainly focuses on the evaluation of training satisfaction and training effect.There are few researches on the quality evaluation index of non-academic education and training in colleges and universities,which is not comprehensive and systematic enough.In China,there is no unified standard for the evaluation index of non-academic education and training in colleges and universities.Based on the CIPP assessment model proposed by Stufflebeam,D.L.(American scholar),this paper takes the training program itself as a research object,and studies the factors that affect the quality of training through the CIPP model’s background assessment,input assessment,process assessment and outcome assessment.Based on Delphi method and analytic Hierarchy process(AHP),the quality evaluation index system of non-academic education and training in colleges and universities is formed,including4 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 27 third-level indexes,and the weights of the indexes are analyzed.Based on the actual situation of non-degree education and training in Lanzhou University,this index system is applied to design the quality assessment questionnaire,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the results of the questionnaire,and the evaluation results are combined with the actual work to explore how to optimize the quality of training. |
