| In 2020,the general office of the central committee of the communist party of China,issued by The General Office of the State Council an opinion on "comprehensively strengthen and improve the school sports work in the New Era "(hereinafter referred to as "opinions").The "opinions" puts forward gradually improve health knowledge + basic sports skills + special skills "of school physical education teaching mode(hereinafter referred to as the " Health knowledge、Basic sports skills、Special sports skills " sports teaching model)for the first time.For the implementation of " opinions ",the Ministry of Education issued the sport and health teaching reform guidelines(try out)"(hereinafter referred to as the "outline")in 2021.The "outline" explicit guiding ideology of school sports reform,the development direction and specific requirements.Meanwhile it points out that should help the students master 1to 2 sport skills,promote the primary and middle school students’ sports ability,sports,health,behavior and moral character,etc.the formation of the core accomplishment.Based on the purpose of exploring the implementation effect of the "Health knowledge、Basic sports skills、Special sports skills" physical education teaching mode in the third grade of primary school and promoting the effective integration of health knowledge,basic sports skills and special sports skills,this article takes "Health knowledge、Basic sports skills、Special sports skills" sports teaching model in the implementation of the third grade as the research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,combining with the characteristics of basketball,and select guangzhou China shipping cannes primary school level 2 stage of class two,grade three students in the teaching experiment.Through analyzing the experimental data,the teaching process of "Health knowledge、 Basic sports skills、Special sports skills" integrated teaching is explored,the existing problems are found,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The following conclusions were drawn after the study:1.Both the experimental group and the control group can improve the basic sports skills and special sports skills of students,and promote the mastery of health knowledge,the former is more effective.2.Integrating health knowledge into each PE lesson,motor skill practice can not only help students get the theoretical guidance,also enable students to strengthen their understanding and application of health knowledge in skill practice.3.Specialized quality exercises can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,make them actively participate in quality exercises,and thus improve the effect of basic sports skills.4.Specialized quality exercises can improve the basic sports skills.At the same time,it can lay a foundation for the special sports skills to practice,and improve the learning efficiency and mastery of special sports skills.5.Analysis of the data comprehensively,the experimental group can achieve mutual promotion between health knowledge,basic sports skills and special sports skill,by integrating health knowledge into each PE lesson and conducting special quality exercises.Finally,the teaching effect has been maximized.Through experiment,it can be found that the physical education teaching under the guidance of "Health knowledge 、 Basic sports skills 、 Special sports skills" teaching mode is affected by many factors in the concrete implementation process,such as imperfect infrastructure,short physical education time,special teaching competition can not be effectively conduct,etc.which restrict the further improvement of teaching effect.In this regard,it is suggested to improve the infrastructure,strengthen the PE teachers,formulate the teaching content and improve the teaching evaluation system,so as to maximize the teaching effect and promote the perfection and development of the "Health knowledge、Basic sports skills、Special sports skills" PE teaching mode. |
