In the study of children’s growth and development,the development of basic motor skills and physical quality plays an important role in children’s growth and development,which promotes the development of children’s nerve,intelligence,language and so on.Through the practice of planned movements and develop a set of programs,in order to improve children’s basic motor skills and physical fitness.Through literature review,we know the law of physical and mental development and the characteristics of action development of 4-5-year-old children.Combined with the expert questionnaire,we screened out the test action,action scoring standard and exercise content of 4-5-year-old children’s basic action skills.Following the formation law of action skills and teaching principles,we designed a teaching scheme.Through experimental research,we demonstrated the feasibility of the scheme,In order to better promote children’s all-round development,research basic movements and physical development to provide some theoretical suggestions.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,120 children aged 4-5 in Beijing Liu Shikun music kindergarten were randomly selected as the experimental objects and divided into experimental group and control group for 12 weeks.The experimental group adopted the integrated teaching scheme,while the control group took classes according to the kindergarten syllabus.By comparing and analyzing the test data of basic motor skills and physical fitness of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,the experimental results show that the development of the integrated program has a certain role in the development of children’s physical fitness and basic motor skills1.Through the selection of experts,the test actions of 4-5-year-old children’s basic motor skills development are walking,running,jumping,forward sliding step,side sliding step,crawling,balance,throwing,catching,kicking,ground rolling and racking,and the test action standards are selected.2.The integrated program has a good promotion effect on the 10 meter turn back run,standing long jump,tennis throw,double foot continuous jump and walking on the balance beam of 4-5-year-old children.The results of the 10 meter turn back run,standing long jump,tennis throw,double foot continuous jump and walking on the balance beam of the experimental group are significantly better than those of the control group,and the effect of the integrated program on the sitting forward bending is not obvious.3.The integrated scheme of 4-5-year-old children’s basic movements and physical fitness development has a certain role in promoting the development of 4-5-year-old children’s basic movements and physical fitness,and the experimental scheme is feasible for the development of 4-5-year-old children’s basic movements and physical fitness.4.There is a certain correlation between the development of basic movement skills and the development of physical quality.We should pay attention to the coordinated development of basic movement skills and physical quality.
