| In recent years,with pu blicity and promotion of Taekwondo in China,more and more young people start to pay attention a nd participate in Taekwondo.Under such circumstance,many Taekwondo clubs with different types and names are rapidly rising.At present,Taekwondo Clubs have becom e the main access for teenagers to learn and participate in this spo rts activity,whose t eaching quality is the life for surv ival and development.At the same time,the teaching quality is definitely having effect on social reputation and competitiveness for clubs,influence on their scale and economic benefits,as well as power on the prom otion of sports technical and health levels about people who involved in Taekwondo.In order to con trol teaching situation of Taekwondo clubs in Kaifeng City,explore teach ing regular patterns,improve teaching quality,and push the Taekwondo sports business to move into ne xt step,the author used various methods including questionnaires,literature research,and interv iews to carry out practical investigation combined with logical analys is.After all the rese arches about teaching situations and existing problem s of Taekwondo clubs in college a nd society,there are some conclusions:The teaching goals of urban Taekwondo classes in Kaifeng City are m ainly made according to the students’ learning goals aim ed at exercise,sports skills,self-defense,interests,and Taekwondo spirits cultivation;the author give s results that m ost of the learners are prim ary and juni or high students while ther e is only a sm all amount of people could insist on learning for a long tim e,on the basis of analysis on learners focusing on genders,ages,education b ackground,studying experiences,and studying purpose;the teaching contents consist of basic leg technique,poomsae,and competitive combat.In the asp ect of basic leg teach ing,it m ainly focuses on common positio ns according to learners’ learn ing capacities,competitive combat,and requirem ents of promotion tests of Taekwondo;Major ity of teaching organizations is “total-separate-total” structure,while th e coaches get used to explanation m ethod,demonstration method,repeated practice method;teaching management and evaluation are given from six factors c onsisting management of training plans,m anagement of coaches,management of students,self-evalu ation of coaches,evaluation from students to their coaches,and pass rate of promotion te st.It is concluded that most of clubs have training plans and regulations of coaches and students,while the stud ents are satisfied with teaching aspect,except for few situat ion;analysis on faci lities of training environments are launched from the perspectives of materials and satisfied degree of coaches as well as students.Most of the coaches and students are satisfied with existing places;in teaching experiences,there are many ways to stimulate students’ interests for training,establish a typ e of relatio ns between teachers an d students,hold provin cial exchange contests,carry out annual exchanges,and train of coaches.However,there are still some existing problems including less attention on competition and parents,having no persisting spirit from students,unsteady coach teams,lack of supervision mechanism,and other aspects.In order to improve the teaching quality of urban Taekwondo clubs in Kaifeng City,the author proposed to enrich the teaching contents of Taekwondo clubs,bring up the mode of teaching students in acco rdance with their aptitude,improve overall teaching level of the coaches,promote hard facilities of clubs,ensure the safety of students,establish supervision mechanism of Taekwondo club industry,com plete management system and other countermeasures. |
