With the promotion of the National Fitness Program(2016-2020),the number of people taking part in physical exercise has gradually increased,but doing physical exercise blindly is easy to cause harm to the body.If we want to obtain scientific methods of physical training,we must learn the relevant knowledge of physical exercise.Learning knowledge can help students to form correct concept and update their ideas,impart the knowledge of physical exercise in the classroom,and help them to master the scientific methods and principles of exercise,so as to guide the students to take physical exercises,to benefit the students,to develop the habit of lifelong sports,Therefore,it is necessary to impart the knowledge of physical training in P.E.class.Teaching physical exercise knowledge in class is conducive to the students to master scientific methods and principles of exercise,so as to guide students to carry out correct exercise.At present,it is urgent to research what physical exercise knowledge has been taught by PE teachers in the classroom,what kind of teaching method has been adopted and how is the effect of their teaching,etc.This paper investigates the teaching objectives,contents,methods,evaluation and other aspects of physical training knowledge in junior middle school physical education curriculum,looking into the situation of students’ mastery of physical exercise knowledge and finding out problems in teaching timely in order to providing some suggestion,which can enrich the teaching strategies of physical training knowledge of middle school in Kaifeng city to some extent and provide reference for PE teachers in designing teaching objectives,teaching contents and extracurricular activities.Based on the previous research on the knowledge of physical training,this paper takes the PE teachers and students in junior high school of Kaifeng urban area as the object of investigation,using the methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other comprehensive methods to investigate the teaching situation of physical exercise knowledge in middle school in Kaifeng city.The following conclusions are drawn from the investigation and analysis:(1)The teachers have not taken into full consideration when setting teaching objectives,part of the knowledge of physical exercise in the teaching objectives did not appear;the teacher’s knowledge of physical exercise is basically in line with the contents of the teaching material of sports and health,but the teaching effect is not good,there are still a few teachers do not integrate physical training knowledge into the physical education class.(2)The teaching method used by P.E.teachers to teach physical exercise knowledge is relatively unitary,lacks variety and independent innovation,and mainly uses teaching methods such as explanation,demonstration and practice.(3)Most PE teachers include the content of physical exercise knowledge in students ’ learning evaluation,and the teachers ’ evaluation of physical exercise knowledge mainly uses oral question and answer,classroom discussion and the learning evaluation method of completing homework.(4)The students acquire physical exercise knowledge means is unitary,the student whole physical training knowledge is scarce,the physical ability knowledge needs to raise urgently;students have very significant differences in mastery of physical and sports safety Knowledge(p<0.01),girls have better mastery than boys,The higher grade students ’ knowledge of physical exercise is better than that of junior students.(5)Through the investigation,it is found that the reasons that influence the knowledge of physical training in physical education courses include the reserve of knowledge of P.E.teachers,the consciousness and interest of students,and the lack of knowledge of physical exercise.The following suggestions are provided based on the conclusions of the study: 1)Select teaching contents carefully and take reasonable teaching approaches of physical exercise knowledge.And open up the ways of imparting the knowledge of physical exercise;2)Broaden the teaching ideas of introducing the knowledge of physical exercise and adopt various teaching methods so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude;3)Improve the teaching evaluation system constantly and the PE teachers need to evaluate the students’ learning effect in time,choosing different evaluation methods according to different types of physical exercise knowledge;4)Make rational use of resources,stimulating students’ initiative and improving students’ physical exercise knowledge as far as possible;5)Schools,physical education teachers,students need to change and update their ideas,to strengthen the importance of physical exercise knowledge.
