As an important course to cultivate senior high school students’ public participation quality,ideological and political course gathers scientific,systematic,comprehensive and practical characteristics in the cultivation path.The quality of public participation is the behavioral foothold of the core quality of ideological and political discipline.Especially after the official promulgation of the Curriculum Standard of Ideology and Politics in Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),it is required to cultivate students’ quality of public participation,so that students have the knowledge,intention and ability to participate.Based on relevant academic literature on the cultivation of high school students’ public participation literacy,this paper summarizes the development status of high school students’ public participation literacy by interviewing in-service teachers and investigating students,and makes an in-depth analysis of the four problems highlighted in the cultivation status.Finally,from the four aspects of teaching preparation,teaching practice,evaluation system and ability training,the paper demonstrates and exemplifies the specific measures to cultivate students’ public participation literacy by combining "Political Life" and curriculum standards,and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation path of more comprehensive public participation literacy of senior high school students.
