| In order to comprehensively implement the Party’s education policy and the fundamental task of establishing moral education,each discipline has condensed its core literacy based on the essence of the discipline,and the General High School Ideological and Political Science Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)put forward four core literacies,namely,political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law,and public participation.Public participation literacy,as the implementation and performance of other literacies,directly reflects people’s sense of ownership and responsibility,is a necessary literacy for a qualified modern citizen,and is of great significance for students to actively participate in political life and public affairs.The curriculum emphasizes that Civics is an activity-based course that cultivates students’ core literacy and enhances social understanding and participation.As a unique activity model,the CPPCC simulation,with its unique advantage of "participatory civic learning",gives students real experiences and provides a practical solution for cultivating core literacy of public participation.Here,two typical cases of successful CPPCC simulation activities are selected,and through the analysis of the cases,the specific implementation process of CPPCC simulation activities and the cultivation objectives of each stage are sorted out.Finally,the successful experience of the best cases is summarized to provide reference for the core literacy of public participation cultivated by the CPPCC simulation and the activitybased classroom of high school Civics. |
