At present,China is in a period of industrial upgrading and strategic transformation.In order to achieve high-quality development,self-reliance in science and technology,and comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country,promoting the spirit of craftsmanship is a powerful measure to enhance the competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry,and is also a spiritual guide to enhance China’s comprehensive national strength.Such being the case,our country must vigorously develop vocational education in order to cultivate a batch of "great country craftsman" type talents.As an important component of vocational education in China,secondary vocational schools are the main positions for cultivating skilled talents,and also shoulder the glorious mission of cultivating artisan talents in large countries.Therefore,cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of secondary vocational school students not only helps to establish students’ professional ideals,but also helps to promote the vigorous development of secondary vocational schools,provide high-quality artisan talents from large countries to enterprises,and further assist in pushing forward the transition from a "manufacturing power" to a "manufacturer leading power",ultimately achieving the strategic goal of "Made in China 2025.".Through searching for a large number of literature studies,combined with the characteristics of the current era,the research content is generally divided into four chapters:Chapter 1 is the primer,which mainly covers the background of the selected topic,the meaning of the study,domestic and foreign literature review,determination of research ideas,selection of research methods,and research innovation points;The second chapter is a basic theoretical study,which is mainly divided into the following four points: The first point is the definition of the concept,explaining the craftsman and craftsman spirit;The second point is to interpret the connotation of craftsmanship spirit;The third point is to analyze the characteristics of secondary vocational school students;The third chapter analyzes the achievements made in cultivating craftsmanship spirit in secondary vocational schools,and then proposes the problems existing in cultivating craftsmanship spirit among students in secondary vocational schools: insufficient implantation of craftsmanship spirit in a single teaching content,rigid teaching concepts for teachers,emphasizing technology over morality,and solidified methods for cultivating craftsmanship spirit that lack educational characteristics,and analyzes the corresponding reasons;Chapter 4 proposes countermeasures for cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of secondary vocational school students,and the relevant recommendations are made on four levels: improving the top-level design for cultivating the craftsmanship spirit,building a "double qualified" teacher team,deeply constructing school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,and strengthening campus cultural activities to highlight the characteristics of education.
