Research On The Cultivation Of "Craftsman Spirit" Of Higher Vocational College Students

From 2016 to 2018,the “Craftsman Spirit” was written three times into the government work report.Apart from that,the great voice of calling for the “Craftsman Spirit” can be heard in the party’s 19 th CPC National Congress,the Central Economic Work Conference and the two sessions.In recent years,the “Craftsman Spirit” has appeared many times in the speeches of the party and state leaders and the important meetings of the state,which is enough to show the current state’s emphasis on the inheritance and promotion of the “Craftsman Spirit” at the macro level.As an important base to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,higher vocational colleges should bear the brunt of the great mission of cultivating students’ “Craftsman Spirit”.Therefore,it is an important task to study the cultivation of “Craftsman Spirit” in higher vocational college students.In this paper,the cultivation of “Craftsman Spirit” of higher vocational college students was investigated and studied with questionnaire survey in Harbin Railway Technical College,Heilongjiang Architectural Vocational and Technical College,Heilongjiang Vocational College Of Biology Science And Technology,Heilongjiang Vocational College of Tourism,and Harbin Vocational & Technical College.Based on the analysis of the survey data,we find that the cultivation of “Craftsman Spirit” of higher vocational college students has achieved certain results,that is,higher vocational college students have a high degree of recognition of “Craftsman Spirit”.However,it is not difficult to find that there is still room for higher vocational college students to understand and practice the spiritual motive force of “Craftsman Spirit”.The concrete performance is the low professional identity degree and unclear own occupation goal;the study self-discipline ability and the study concentration degree that need improving;the rigorous responsible attitude and the pursuit detail quality that still need strengthening;the slightly weak independent thinking ability and the specialized practice ability.According to the above situation,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the lack of “Craftsman Spirit” of higher vocational college students from three aspects: students themselves,school cultivation and social environment.Therefore,in view of the current situation and influencing factors,this paper mainly puts forward targeted countermeasures from four aspects: Integrate various resources for higher vocational college students to cultivate “Craftsman Spirit”;Optimize the social environment for higher vocational college students to cultivate “Craftsman Spirit”;Create a variety of classes for higher vocational college students to cultivate “Craftsman Spirit”;Explores various ways forhigher vocational college students to cultivate“Craftsman Spirit”.At present,the Party and the state attach great importance to the“Craftsman Spirit”,and the development of the state and society can not be separated from the dedication of outstanding talents with the“Craftsman Spirit”.The study of “Craftsman Spirit” can not only inherit and carry forward “Craftsman Spirit”,but also help vocational college students improve their professional accomplishment and core employment competitiveness to meet the expectations for skilled personnel of the era development.
