Research On The Strategies For Cultivating The Craftsman Spirit Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges In Kunmin

Since the country put forward "Made in China 2025" in 2015,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the promotion and cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and injected continuous strength into the goal of becoming a manufacturing power.Vocational colleges play a leading role in cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship and shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Therefore,this article selects several representative vocational colleges in Kunming region as research objects to explore the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among vocational college students.It is necessary for vocational colleges to promote the realization of the goal of "manufacturing a strong country",the sustainable development of vocational colleges themselves,and the improvement of vocational college students’ professional literacy.Through research,it has been found that vocational colleges in Kunming have made some achievements in cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship: firstly,the atmosphere for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among vocational college students is becoming increasingly strong;Secondly,the channels for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among vocational college students are gradually expanding.However,due to factors such as the need to enhance the professional identity of society towards craftsmen,the need to improve teachers’ understanding and methods of cultivating craftsmanship spirit,and the weak endogenous motivation of vocational college students.The emphasis on cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among vocational college students still needs to be improved,the depth of school enterprise cooperation needs to be strengthened,the professional literacy of vocational college students needs to be improved,and practical education needs to be improved,which hinders the effectiveness of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in vocational colleges.Therefore,based on the theories of Marxist classical writers emphasizing the cultivation of talents through labor education,the traditional Chinese culture that emphasizes the spirit of craftsmanship,and the important discourse of party leaders on the spirit of craftsmanship,based on the current situation of cultivating craftsmanship,by playing a leading role in cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among vocational college students,improving the self quality of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among teachers,and strengthening the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges The proposal of four strategies to reasonably guide vocational college students to carry out self-education and promote the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among vocational college students.In short,through specific measures such as cooperation between vocational colleges,teachers,schools and enterprises,and self-education of vocational students,we aim to cultivate their craftsmanship spirit,enhance their professional literacy,and provide high-quality technical and skilled talents for achieving the goal of building a strong manufacturing country.
