The Study On The Cultivation Of Vocational College Students' Craftsman Spirit

Nowadays-China has become a big manufacturing nation at present stage as the influence is increasing in the world.However,compared with powerful manufacturing nation,gaps still exit.For transforming from "Made in China" to "Made with Chinese Wisdom","Craftsman Spirit" is an important factor.In 14th February,2017,The Manufacture Talent Development Plan Guide was published.It pointed out the main problems in talents group construction of manufacture in China,such as:shortage of leading talents and national craftsmen,lack of talents in basic manufacturing and advanced manufacturing.So the cultivation of national craftsmen is very urgent.As the main front,vocational colleges should pay much attention to the cultivation of students'Craftsman Spirit,and strengthen the Craftsman Spirit education in order to building the foundation for the cultivation of national craftsmen.Based on reviewing the notion theory,fostering method of Craftsman Spirit,this thesis states scholars' imperfections in cultivating methods of vocational college students.it shows that there is a lack of research on the practical path of cultivating craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.The author divides the cultivation of craftsman spirit of students in higher vocational colleges into the development of students' professional orientation,the improvement of students' professional ability,and the improvement of students' technical and technical ability,so as to continuously realize the personal value of craftsman,promote the all-round development of craftsman,and finally cultivate high-caliber talents with craftsman spirit.Taking some vocational colleges in Hainan as the example,this thesis studies the status of the cultivation of vocational college students'Craftsman Spirit and gives the conclusion by using documentary method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method.Then it analyses the existing problems and formation reasons.At last,it draws the strategies for cultivating the Craftsman Spirit of vocational college students.
