On The Cultivation Of The Craftsman Spirit Of Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

Today,with the gradual enrichment of material conditions,people's living standard has also been greatly improved,and the quality of all kinds of products is also raised.In 2016,both the Government Work Report and the13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China issued by the State Council outlined the importance of "artisan spirit".In order to achieve a manufacturing power from a large manufacturing country,China needs to cultivate modern craftsmen,this is of great practical significance to the economic and social development of the country.The cultivation of the spirit of the contemporary craftsman is the call of the social development,and it is also the need of the country's strong prosperity.This study starts with the concept of "craftsman spirit" and "secondary vocational school",then explains the importance of cultivating the spirit of the craftsman in secondary vocational schools.Taking H city as an example to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen in vocational schools are analyzed detailed investigation,summary reveals today's vocational cultivation artisan spirit isinsufficient,thereby strengthening the artisan spirit cultivation optimization in the vocational education,that provide reference technicians for how to cultivate vocational with artisan spirit.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance,literature review,research process and main contents,and expounds the research methods.The second chapter introduces the related concepts of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools,and expounds its significant significance.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools in H city.Through combing the data from questionnaires and personal interviews,it summarizes the problems of cultivation of craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth chapter aims at the status and problems of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the secondary vocational schools in H City,and puts forward the optimization strategy for the secondary vocational colleges to better cultivate the students' spirit of the craftsman.The fifth part is the conclusion part,summarizing the conclusions of this study,summarizing the shortcomings of this study,and providing guidance for future study and research.
