| Under the requirements of the vigorous development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the country’s strategy of manufacturing a big country and the "14th Five-Year Plan " and the realization of the long-term goal of2035,it is necessary for the times to cultivate great country craftsmen.Higher vocational colleges are the cradle of cultivating future craftsmen,and higher vocational education should be integrated into the cultivation of craftsman spirit.College students in higher vocational colleges are the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and bear the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Its historical mission and responsibility highlight the importance of cultivating craftsman’s spiritual quality while ramming their own professional skills.This paper mainly studies the cultivation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges in the new era from the following parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research status,research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the paper.The second part mainly summarizes the relevant theories.It includes the definition of related concepts,the basic elements of craftsman spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges in the new era and the necessity of cultivation.The third part mainly introduces the status quo investigation.It mainly includes the investigation design and the investigation result analysis of the craftsman spirit cultivation of college students in the new era(the main achievements and the main problems).The fourth part mainly analyzes the reasons.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students in the new era from four aspects: the soil cultivated by the national society is not fertile,the nutrition provided by the higher vocational colleges is not enough,the nutrition absorbed by the college students is not enough,and the auxiliary role played by the family is not strong enough.The fifth part mainly explains the implementation countermeasure.From the national society,higher vocational colleges,college students,family four aspects of the study,formulated the new era of higher vocational college students craftsman spirit cultivation countermeasures,trying to solve the current higher vocational college students technology deficiencies,cultural background acquired imbalance to provide a scientific and reasonable solution. |
