Research On Cultivating Craftsman Spirit Of College Students In New Era

As the largest Vocational education country,the current situation and quality of vocational education in China is not optimistic.It will be basically completed modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristic by 2020.On this basis,comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education,toward to a powerful vocational education country.Great craftsman,human resources are the basic elements and strategic support.The leap from talent to craftsmen is the last mile of modernization.Just like the dawn before the dawn and the winter before the warm spring.This research analyse related notion with craftsman’s spirit,starting from the theoretical origin and the perspective of the new era,and combining with the characteristics of The Times,this study aims to boost the learning motivation,confidence and attitude of vocational college students in Gansu Province,promote the all-round development of their growth and talents,and comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education.Through the questionnaire survey and network interview with students and teachers of vocational colleges in Gansu Province,taking the connotation of the craftsman spirit as the starting point,this paper summarizes the main contents of the craftsman spirit in the new era from the five aspects of knowledge,thought,behavior,technology and realm.And refined craftsman spirit with Times connotation.Combined with the characteristics of vocational college students,the research is carried out closely around the cultivation of college students’ craftsman spirit.Starting from the current situation of vocational college students in Gansu Province,this paper analyzes the main effects and problems,and analyzes the ways to improve the cultivation of craftsman spirit from five aspects: the state,enterprises,schools,families and individuals.First,we will strengthen the guiding ideology of the "craftsman Spirit" in the new era.Second,we will improve the role of enterprises as driving forces for development.Third,vocational colleges should play the leading role.Fourth,create an atmosphere of "artisan family" and cultivate family education.Finally,we should pay attention to the main body conscious pursuit of "craftsman spirit" of vocational college students.The "craftsman Spirit of the New era" is the spiritual force to fully build a modern socialist country and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the spiritual raw material to help ideological and political education,and the spiritual weapon for students to cast their souls in bacon.
