Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and also an important means of cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development.It has profound significance for building a strong socialist education country with Chinese characteristics.However,at present,the collaborative foundation of primary school labor education is relatively weak,and how families,schools,and society collaborate to ensure the effective implementation of labor education has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study systematically summarizes and organizes the basic connotations,implementation strategies,disciplinary theories,and practical results of labor education at home and abroad through literature research,comprehensive analysis,and survey research methods.It fully explores the essential significance of labor education,and based on the current situation and problems of primary school labor education in China,further analyzes and discusses the goals and evaluation system of primary school labor education,identifies practical difficulties,and explores specific solutions,To deepen the value orientation of primary school labor education and build a scientific labor education system.This study focuses on the teachers and students of three primary schools in Xixian New Area,Xi’an,who have significant differences in their development level and emphasis on labor education.A combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews was used to conduct a survey on the current situation.The following dilemmas were found: cognitive bias in primary school labor education,lagging development of labor curriculum resources,narrow practical space for labor education,and an incomplete evaluation system for labor education The strength of labor education teachers is weak,etc.The reason for this lies in the lack of specialized teaching materials for labor education in the education administrative department,the absence of the concept of family school social co education,low utilization of educational resources,scarcity of professional labor course teachers,non-standard construction of labor education practice bases,weak supervision of labor education,and insufficient integration of labor courses and basic courses.Therefore,the education administrative department should promote the standardization of labor education,promote the development of primary school labor education curriculum resources,increase the proportion of labor education teachers,and standardize the construction of labor practice education bases.Schools should enhance the scientific implementation of labor education,promote the integration of all disciplines into labor education through the "five educations" approach,explore diversified evaluation methods,improve the evaluation mechanism of labor education,and utilize artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology to enhance students’ sense of labor gain.Families should promote labor education to strengthen its foundation,establish correct labor concepts,enrich the content of family labor,cultivate children’s sense of social responsibility and civic awareness,pay attention to process evaluation,and create a positive labor atmosphere for children.Students themselves should enhance their awareness of labor education,establish positive labor concepts,participate in labor practice activities,cultivate good labor habits,and thus leverage the advantages of labor education as the main body.Society should promote the diversity of labor education development,leverage location advantages according to local conditions,create a diverse and harmonious labor atmosphere,and coordinate resources to ensure labor education.In short,families,schools,and society should establish a sense of community in labor education,integrate labor resources from three parties,expand labor practice space,and work together to create a labor education environment conducive to harmony,innovation,and development,so that the concepts of labor being the most glorious,noble,great,and beautiful can deeply penetrate people’s hearts.
