| Primary and secondary education is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,the rationality of the allocation of educational resources,the effectiveness of use,and the appropriateness of management have always been the focus of attention.With the acceleration of high-quality development,the continuous promotion of urban-rural integration and the continuous expansion of urban territory,the existing education system in urban areas is unable to bear the increasing demand,and the problem of allocation of education resources has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,exploring the allocation of education resources in urban primary and secondary schools and solving the problems in urban primary and secondary education are essential to achieve coordinated development.It is an important subject that must be faced in the course of socialist modernization.This paper takes C City of Hunan Province as the research object,based on the analysis of the research status quo of the allocation of primary and secondary education resources at home and abroad,guided by the theory of public goods and resource allocation,adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the current situation of the allocation of primary and secondary education resources in C city.It is found that there are some problems in the allocation of primary and secondary education resources in urban areas of C city,such as poor educational structure of teachers,insufficient total number of full-time teachers with beautiful voice and body,insufficient total amount of educational expenses per student,incomplete educational facilities,and unequal regional allocation of high-quality educational resources.The above problems are mainly caused by imperfect financial evaluation system,low utilization rate of existing educational facilities,lack of school-level communication,imperfect teacher training and development system,etc.In view of the above problems and the root causes of the problems,combined with the actual situation of C City,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects: concept renewal,resource integration,capital investment,and strengthening management.In order to promote the high-quality and balanced development of urban compulsory education,it provides reference value for the allocation of urban compulsory education resources in the same type of cities. |
