| Economic development is booming,but there are some challenges behind this,people every day in multifarious affairs,in the face of countless work and life pressure,because of these reasons,many young parents can’t spare time to take children from school,let alone the children’s learning,therefore,this kind of parents,especially double worker family urgently need to find quality after-school service for children,pupils after-school management should become the key problem we need to focus on.To this,to solve the parents ’trouble back at home,safeguard students’ academic education,promote the healthy growth of students,improve the quality of education service,the Ministry of Education issued "about to do a good job of after-school service guidance",the opinion from the national strategy of service subject,way,safety content made clear standards and implementation requirements.On the basis of their opinions,all provinces and cities take targeted and high-quality after-school service measures based on their own actual situation.On September 21,2021,under the guidance of the opinions of the Ministry of Education,Qingyang District took eight primary schools as the pilot sites and adopted the form of weekend trusteeship,which is an extension and innovation of after-school services.The purpose of this study is as follows: 1,clarify the current situation of afterschool services in Qingyang District Primary School;2,summarize the phased achievements of development;3,find the existing problems,understand the deep-seated causes,and propose specific measures.In order to effectively improve the quality of after-school service in the district,improve the ability of public service education.The research object of this paper is Qingyang District Primary School,Chengdu city,which mainly adopts various research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and observation,and clarifies the definition of after-school service,and makes an in-depth analysis of educational fairness theory and PDCA cycle theory.The research ideas are as follows: 1.Design the investigation scheme of after-school services in Qingyang District Primary School,involving the purpose,object,method and measures.2.Understand the actual situation of after-school services in Qingyang District Primary School,including the questionnaire results and the interview results.3.Analysis of the survey results of after-school service in Qingyang District Primary School,and point out the problems: biased subject cognition,non-standard management,single curriculum,uneven quality;and then explore the reasons from the thought,guarantee and practice.4.Specific suggestions for improving after-school service: correct biased cognition,clarify the value of after-school service,formulate quality evaluation standards,improve the supervision mechanism;set up courses according to the needs,improve after-school service facilities,optimize teacher resources,and improve the quality of after-school service.After investigation,it is found that Qingyang District has made some achievements in providing after-school services for more than three years,and it has made some achievements,but also has some problems.In order to effectively improve the quality of after-school services,in addition to learning from the areas with rich service experience,the most important thing is to pay attention to its own characteristics,establish a mechanism suitable for the district,build a team of high-quality teachers,and build a good communication bridge with parents.Through continuous practice and reflection to improve the after-school service,to build a standardized,standardized and high-quality service system,to provide theoretical value to later researchers,but also hope that the primary schools in other areas can be inspired from this study when providing afterschool service. |
