With the continuous development of information technology,people’s lifestyle is being changed gradually and invisibly,living habits toward the electronic,information,network direction of continuous development.Local governments also use a series of information technology such as big data,Internet and artificial intelligence to advance the modernization of capacity for governance in varying degrees.Community as the smallest unit in governance,community governance is also approaching to digitization gradually.Specially,when the Covid-19 pandemic breaks out in 2020,the community has been became the forefront of epidemic prevention passively,big data becomes important weapon of the community in epidemic prevention,the route displayed by the intelligent mobile terminal becomes an important way to check the returing personnel,the database of migrant workers in each region has become an important means for communities to do prevention and control work in advance.Communities are the first line of digital governance,and also the first line of risk generation.Therefore,exploring the construction logic and practice path of digitization of community governance can provide better practical and theoretical guidance for community governance in China.The introduction of the thesis introduces the general situation of the digitalized construction of community governance in China and puts forward the background and significance of the topic.Secondly,the paper sorts out the research results of community governance digitalization,and takes the theory of network governance,holistic governance and digital governance as the theoretical basis of this paper,realizing that the current social complexity makes it impossible to have a unified formula for governance model,and must absorb the most appropriate part of each model.The first section of the first chapter discusses the problems of the traditional community governance,which draw forth the construction logic and construction background of digitization of community governance.Both the current "Happiness Cloud" digital governance platform of District B and the different digitalized community governance models in other regions of China are in the initial stage.As digitalization of community governance is an emerging project,many problems need to be solved,so the third chapter analyses the problems existing in the process of digitization of community governance,and points out the reason.Combining the construction of "Happiness Cloud" with problems in the thrid chapter,the final chapter sums up that the institutional framework is the essential condition in the idealized digitalization of community governance,technology and equipment is the foundation condition in the the idealized digitalization of community governance,operation and maintenance is the important backing of the continuous running in the digitalization of community governance,service supply of the online governance platform is the main contents in the the digitalization of community governance.And summed up the optimized path of community governance digitization.
