In the new era,home-school collaborative education is an important part of accelerating the construction of a learning society and comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training.It is also an effective way to promote the development of basic education.Home-school collaborative education has attracted more and more attention as an effective way to promote the development of basic education in our country.The promulgations of the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as the "Double Reduction" Policy)have further clarified and strengthened the importance of promoting home-school cooperative parenting and jointly building a new ecology of home-school co-parenting.It is not only an effective means to improve the level of family education,but also an inevitable requirement to promote the development of primary and secondary education.Based on overlapping domains of influence theory,social capital theory and synergitics theory,this study conducted questionnaires and interviews with 264 teachers and 365 parents from more than 10 primary and secondary schools in Hebei Province.After analyzing the collected data with SPSS statistical analysis software,it is concluded that primary and secondary schools in Hebei Province lack planning for home-school collaborative parenting,schools lack enthusiasm to carry out home-school activities,teachers have deviation in the concept of home-school collaborative parenting,parents lack the ability to participate in home-school collaborative parenting,parents lack the initiative to participate in home-school collaborative parenting and communication between home and school In the problem of limitation.Combined with the survey data and interview results,this paper attributed the causes of the problem to the following aspects: the lack of home-school cooperative child-rearing system guarantee,insufficient fund investment,lack of financial support;Schools lack home-school collaborative parenting mechanism,schools do not pay much attention to home-school collaborative parenting activities,teachers lack of training in home-school collaborative parenting activities,and lack of professional ability;The lack of family education capital,the deviation of parents’ education concept,and the phenomenon of separated generation education and left-behind children.Therefore,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of home-school collaborative parenting in primary and secondary schools from three aspects: First,from the level of educational administrative departments,we should promote the construction of home-school collaborative parenting system and improve the financial guarantee mechanism of home-school collaborative parenting;Second,from the school level,the evaluation mechanism of home-school collaborative parenting should be improved,and the contents of home-school collaborative parenting should be enriched: parent schools should be established,channels of family education guidance should be expanded,teacher training should be organized regularly,the concept of home-school collaborative parenting should be updated,teachers’ cognition should be improved,and co-parenting methods should be expanded according to the needs of parents and students.Third,from the parent level,parents should enhance the concept of home-school cooperative education,improve their parenting ability and cooperation ability.
