| Labor education is the unique feature of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,and it is an important way to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.With the deepening of educational reform,labor education has been endowed with new connotation.Schools and families are the two main centers of labor education.Their effective cooperation is not only of great significance to the cultivation of children’s labor concepts and labor values,but also the guarantee for the practical promotion and improvement of labor education quality of primary and secondary school students.Abstract.This paper takes some counties and cities of hunan province(area)part of the primary and secondary schools as the research object,through to the students’ parents and part of the school leadership,teacher questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,understand the reality of labor educator school cooperation,by organizing,problem analysis to explore the reasons,combining domestic and foreign related research results,This paper puts forward some effective strategies to solve the existing problems in the cooperation between labor educators and schools.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly involves the background,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign review and research design of this research,laying a foundation for the discussion below;The second chapter mainly explains the core concepts and theoretical basis of this research;Third chapter to part of primary and secondary schools in hunan province as the research object,from home and the two sides of the basic knowledge of labor educator school cooperation,self-image and effect evaluation,several aspects such as the influence factors of both parties involved in the cooperation of the questionnaire design,survey the reality of primary and middle school students labor educator school cooperation,parent-school cooperative problems found;The fourth chapter through statistics and analysis of the questionnaire,and on the basis of the collected data and cases,explains the reasons behind the current primary school labor educators school cooperation problems;In chapter five,according to the problems found,optimization countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of consciousness,curriculum setting,rating mechanism and guarantee mechanism.Through this research,the author hopes to fully understand the parent-school cooperative school and the family status,update the family school cooperation,clear their respective responsibilities,at the same time,the related department to improve the hard and soft facilities,to carry out the policies,lets the home school better participate in home school cooperation,common button for the child labor education first grain of buttons. |
