| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward for the first time the important decision-making and deployment of the rural revitalization strategy,and clearly proposed to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and accelerate the modernization of rural agriculture in accordance with the general requirements of prosperous industry,ecological livability,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and rich life,which marked that the "three rural issues" as the top priority of the whole party’s work have entered a new historical development stage.As an emerging development paradigm,the endogenous rural development model emphasizes the main force of rural local society and pays attention to seeking participatory assistance from supra-local factors,which has become the key to solving the dilemma faced by relying on the single-line administrative promotion model to develop rural areas.Based on the new endogenous development theory and embedding theory,this paper uses the fs QCA analysis tool to analyze 20 classic cases of rural development in China,explores the influencing factors of endogenous development of rural revitalization,classifies and processes them according to the analysis results,and proposes differentiated cultivation paths.Based on literature and case analysis,this paper constructs an analytical framework of "local-supra-local factors" from three dimensions: local actors,national forces,and social intermediate forces.Among them,the dimension of "local actors" includes three conditional variables: resource integration,villager participation,and local identity.The dimensions of "national power" and "social intermediate power" include three conditional variables: institutional embedding,relationship embedding,and resource embedding;The resulting variable is endogenous development ability.It is found that resource integration is a necessary condition for building endogenous development,that is,it is necessary to pay attention to rural resource endowment and industrial development,and promote the integration of three industries.According to the results of the combination of conditions,the six influencing factors interact with each other to present the configuration utility,which can be summarized into three endogenous rural development modes: external embedded,internally oriented,and internal and external combination.On this basis,this paper proposes differentiated cultivation paths according to three endogenous rural development models.First of all,we should pay attention to the joint role of the government,the market and society,strengthen the effective system supply,improve the mechanism for linking market resources to rural areas,and accelerate the incubation of endogenous main forces in rural areas;Secondly,tap local resource endowments,improve villagers’ awareness and ability to participate,and shape villagers’ value orientation and local identity;Finally,strengthen the resource aggregation capacity and relationship governance of internal and external forces,and promote the complementary and sustainable development of internal and external forces. |
