Education As The Path Of Neo-endogenous Development In Rural Areas

From the modern historical context,rural decline has become an inevitable trend in the process of modernization,presenting a crisis of social,economic and cultural decline in rural areas.With the acceleration of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural development continues to expand,especially the hollowing out and marginalization of rural areas in East Asian society.Saving lost rural areas is not only a common issue facing the world,but also a specific situation in which different countries seek development.In the new century,under the background of rural revitalization which changes the dual structure,the focus on the endogenous development of rural construction has become a new focus.In this paper,the theory of neo-endogenous development is applied,and the analysis of practical cases is used to explain that under the background of the gradual dissolution of rural society,the highquality education in towns and villages as the medium enables the towns and villages within the county to establish close correlation and interaction,and obtain an empirical model of joint development,which provides a new experience of endogenous development for China’s current rural revitalization.This paper focuses on the linkage effect of development of small towns represented by towns and towns,takes the neo-endogenous development theory as the framework of action interpretation,Bridges the huge development gap between exogenous and endogenous development,examines development from the perspective of county society,and focuses on the substantial correlation between county towns(Chengguan towns),administrative towns and villages within the county,endowing regional society with development vitality.On the one hand,it pays attention to the mutual effectiveness of small town development and rural revitalization strategy.How can small towns achieve great development under the rural revitalization strategy? How can the development of small towns help rural revitalization? On the other hand,from the perspective of new and endogenous development,this paper provides a feasible explanatory framework for this mutual structure effect.From the three aspects of integration of resource elements,development linkage of small towns,and mining of endogenous forces of villages,it explores the town-village system interaction under the "town-with-village" mode,and the generation of a neo-endogenous development mechanism of rural revitalization centered on township education.Based on the case study of education development in M Town,it can be found that the rural development path with township education as the entry point constitutes a kind of county development effect with non-economic factors in tandem with economic factors.First,the development of township education is not only an inherent requirement for the revitalization of rural culture,but also a core element embedded in rural economy,social governance and other fields.Since ancient times,education has been an important link connecting social development and an important cornerstone for maintaining local order.As an important carrier of rural cultural inheritance,the development of rural education is not only the content of rural revitalization,but also the path of rural revitalization.Secondly,in recent years,along with the adjustment of the national education policy,the measures such as "removing points and merging schools" promote the integration of educational resources to the township,and the township education institutions assume the main task of rural basic education.This increasingly integrated and optimized township education pattern is bound to form a development linkage effect.Township educational institutions not only meet the needs of rural education,but also become the core factor of attracting population agglomeration under the trend of general hollowing out of rural areas.Moreover,they form a few industrial supports centering on the development of education to realize the positive interaction between education and economy.Finally,with township education as the medium,a pattern of integrated development between towns and villages is formed.Overall consideration of the spatial layout of towns and villages,market towns and villages to carry out scientific planning,not only in terms of hardware facilities,public services to strengthen the public construction,but also pay attention to the cultivation of collective economic industries,promote the formation of community consciousness of development,stimulate the endogenous vitality of rural development.This kind of neo-endogenous rural development driven by township education shows three levels of mechanism influence.First,it expands the foundation of development.As the link point between county and countryside,township plays a key role of "linkage" in the process of promoting rural revitalization.On the one hand,it jumps out of the limitation of traditional study of new and endogenous development from the interior of rural areas,expands the connotation of rural areas,and makes a comprehensive study from a broader perspective.On the other hand,the external government policy to benefit agriculture,social capital and village internal resources are integrated to realize the gap between exogenous and endogenous development.Second,explore a new path of development.Seeking a diversified development path is not only a realistic response to the rural revitalization strategy of "promoting the comprehensive integration of rural resources and diversified value-added",but also the fundamental reason to break through the disadvantages of the traditional "endogenous and exogenous" dual polarization of development.This new and endogenous development driven by diversity not only emphasizes the adaptation of development ideas to local conditions,but also pays attention to the multiple forms of development connotation.It should not only give play to the important role of local knowledge and experience,but also pay attention to multiple factors outside the economy,explore more development possibilities,and realize the balance between localization and modernization.Third,build a new development community.From the perspective of county society,towns and villages are transmitted through intangible cultural identity and maintained through tangible public services,to build a kind of mutual and connected social organism and realize a development pattern of regional symbiosis.Returning to the theme,the core of this paper is the feasible path of rural development.Township education,as a practical case,can provide a choice,and the neo-endogenous development of the countryside does not stop there.The new internal development of rural areas is not a one-sided pursuit of the broad road of township economic development,nor is it only based on the existing experience of township education,but a new development concept that emphasizes the development of multiple aspects,multiple paths and joint participation.In addition to the existing township education,vocational education and so on in the rural revitalization of great space;In addition to rural education construction,traditional culture,industrial economy and organization construction together constitute the new and endogenous development of rural.It should be noted that the discussion on the new and endogenous development of towns and villages constitutes the reshaping of the research field of the countryside.The countryside is no longer an isolated,static regional unit relative to the city,but a holistic social space with material,culture and ecological dynamic combination that is different from and closely connected with the city.Focusing on the integration of urban and rural development in county society,the issue of development is trying to overcome the traditional concept of urban-rural separation,and to explore the neo-endogenous path of rural revitalization in the practice process of reshaping connotation,boundary and mutual relationship.
