The Action Dilemmaand Optimization Path Of Social Organizations Participating In Rural Revitalization Under The New Perspective Of Endogenous Development

Strengthening agriculture and strengthening the foundation is the foundation of ensuring the people and governing the country.Implementing the rural vitalization strategy is bound to be a major measure to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote common prosperity.It is the only way to solve the problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.According to the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the Outline of Long-term Goals for 2035,we should give priority to agricultural and rural development,strengthen work to subsidize agriculture,guide urban areas,and encourage social forces to run rural public welfare undertakings.In recent years,the CPC Central Committee has stressed the need to mobilize the efforts of the whole Party,the whole country and the whole society to jointly promote rural revitalization,raising the task of rural development to a high public level.Against this background,local governments have actively mobilized and called on social organizations to participate in rural revitalization,effectively injecting new vitality and new momentum into rural development.Under the perspective of new endogenous rural development,embedded social organizations,as exogenous assistance forces,are faced with the problem of balancing the relationship between local and "super local" factors and harmonizing the value orientation of different subjects while playing the advantages of integrating resources in the practice of rural revitalization.Based on this,this paper takes V organization as the research case,and uses the semi-structured interview method and questionnaire survey method to conduct in-depth investigation and research on the beneficiaries of the project,so as to sort out the typical practices and the realistic difficulties,including the dilemma of organization mobilization,the dilemma of identity and the dilemma of the balance of external driving force,internal development power and internal and external relationship.Therefore,combined with the logic of new endogenous development in rural areas,this paper believes that promoting the organic unity of independent change and external assistance,constructing the relationship network of internal and external benign interaction,and promoting the dynamic balance between internal and external forces are effective ways for social organizations to improve the quality and efficiency in the participation of rural revitalization.
