Study On Endogenous Development Power Of Rural Low-income Population In Underdeveloped Areas

In the past eight years,we have pioneered and innovated,cut through thorns and thorns,exposed ourselves to wind and rain,and chewed hard bones with the spirit of nailing nails.Through the joint efforts of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups,China has won an all-round victory in the battle against poverty under the current standards.However,the victory of poverty alleviation is not the end,but the starting point of a new era,a new life and a new struggle.Relative poverty will surpass absolute poverty and become a new focus of anti-poverty.The economic development level of underdeveloped areas is relatively backward and the vulnerability of the region itself.Although the early targeted poverty alleviation has improved the low-income phenomenon of farmers,the quality of life of rural low-income people is still very low,and the problem of rural relative poverty is still prominent,which hinders the development of the local economy.In 2021,No.1 central document pointed out that in order to tackle the poverty problem more firmly and more effectively,the transitional period of effective 5 years has been set up to consolidate the development of the poverty alleviation and the Rural Revitalization.It is also necessary to establish a helping mechanism for the rural low-income population and underdeveloped areas.This paper focuses on the endogenous power of the rural low-income population in underdeveloped areas during the transition period,and analyzes the main factors affecting the endogenous power.Through exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis and partial correlation coefficient test,it is concluded that the worse the consciousness factor is,the worse the family factor is,the worse the psychological factor is,the worse the environmental factor is,the worse the policy is,and the more serious the poverty is.Put forward specific policy suggestions according to the existing problems,so that the life of low-income people can be guaranteed,so that they can establish confidence and live a better and happy life.In the period of consolidating and expanding the key achievements in poverty alleviation,endogenous power is also an important evaluation standard for improving the phenomenon of low-income population.It is very important to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and prevent poverty return,and can provide a strong guarantee for consolidating the results of poverty alleviation.The research object of this study is to consolidate and expand the endogenous driving force of low-income population in underdeveloped areas during the transition period.Combined with my practice as the first Secretary of poverty alleviation in the front line of poverty alleviation and the knowledge learned in the major of rural development,through the achievements and existing problems of poverty alleviation in Yangbu Town,Yugan County,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province,using the method of literature analysis Field questionnaire survey and other research methods,analyze the problems and deep-seated reasons of low-income population in the development of endogenous power,and on this basis,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to stimulate the endogenous power of low-income population,and construct an endogenous power development mechanism of rural low-income population of "spiritual value + innovative poverty alleviation model +dynamic monitoring and early warning + optimized service system".It will provide constructive reference for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting the effective connection with rural revitalization.
