Research On Consolidation And Expansion Of Poverty Alleviation Achievements And Effective Connection Of Rural Revitalization In T County

The report of the Party’s 20 National Congress regards the completion of poverty alleviation as one of the three major events that China has experienced since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,which is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to the cause of the Party and the people.After completely solving the problems of absolute poverty and regional poverty as a whole,the state set a five-year transition period to consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation,ensured the smooth and orderly connection of policies through the "four non-picking" principle,prevented the large-scale return to poverty,and steadily promoted the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization.This paper is to study this problem.By the analysis of T county poverty crucial process and expand achievements of poverty,based on the theoretical research of absolute poverty and relative poverty,and、combined with the administrative contracting system.This paper discusses the T county out of poverty achievement sand typical experience with the realization of the revitalization of rural effective cohesion.This paper summarizes and lists the poverty alleviation achievements and typical experiences of T County,discusses the implementation of poverty alleviation responsibilities and personnel assessment process of T County,further analyzes how to use the original experience to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,and then analyzes the possible risk of poverty reduction in T county,and discusses the practical problems facing the smooth connection from consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation to rural revitalization.In addition,combining the actual situation and measures of poverty alleviation in T county,this paper realizes the following three results through analysis and discussion: first,it summarizes the experience of poverty alleviation in T county and extracts the experience that is conducive to the consolidation of poverty alleviation results;The second is to assess the risk of poverty return in T county and discuss the problem of preventing large-scale poverty return.Third,we will discuss the problems we face in the process of consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements with rural revitalization.The transition period from poverty alleviation to achievement consolidation emphasizes steady progress and focuses on preventing large-scale return to poverty.Therefore,this paper,starting from summarizing successful experiences,focuses on how to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas under the condition of relative poverty after eliminating absolute poverty and regional overall poverty,and finally realize the goal of rural revitalization.
