Research On Strategies For Grassroots Governments To Consolidate And Expand The Achievements Of Poverty Alleviation And Effectively Connect With Rural Revitalizatio

The period of the 14 th five-year plan(2011-2020)is the historical juncture of the two centenary goals of our country.After the goal of fully completing the Xiaokang has been achieved,our country has started the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Under the national development strategy of rural revitalization,it is an important measure to strengthen the effective link between the achievements of poverty alleviation development and rural revitalization.In this paper,based on the current research situation at home and abroad,taking Kanjiazhen,Gaomi,as an example,the grass-roots government to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization of the effective link between the problems and countermeasures are discussed in depth,on the basis of governance theory and anti-poverty theory,this paper makes a systematic research by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.Through investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation in five aspects: from industrial poverty alleviation to industrial revitalization,talented person poverty alleviation to talented person revitalization,cultural poverty alleviation to cultural revitalization,ecological poverty alleviation to ecological revitalization,party building poverty alleviation to organizational revitalization,through the questionnaire survey and interviews to further understand the current process of cohesion problems,and cause analysis.Finally,taking Gaomi Kanjiazhen as a microcosm,the paper concludes and analyzes the countermeasures for grass-roots governments to further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation development and effectively link up with rural revitalization,it reveals that the effective link between the two needs to improve the system and mechanism,increase the recruitment of talents,strengthen infrastructure construction,focus on economic development and strengthen training and publicity,etc.,it is of great significance to the promotion of rural revitalization,the development of rural areas and social progress.
