Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Consolidating And Expanding The Achievements Of Poverty Alleviation In Chendian Town,xincai County

This paper takes Chendian Town,Xincai County,Henan Province as the research object.On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research on poverty and poverty alleviation,this paper starts with the basic situation of Chendian Town’s poverty alleviation and the current situation of its consolidation of poverty alleviation.By means of field surveys and visits,the scientific research method of combining sampling survey and questionnaire survey and the first-hand data of the consolidation of poverty alleviation,the study focuses on the analysis of industrial assistance,financial assistance,the contribution of employment assistance to poverty alleviation.Using quantitative research of the results to express the actual work effects,the study is highly scientific,rigorous and reliable.This paper analyzes the experience and existing problems of Chendian Town in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation from a micro perspective,with a view to providing referential suggestions for the construction of similar villages and towns,and laying a solid theoretical foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the next step.Chendian Town has taken various measures to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,such as improving farmers’ income by developing village collective economy,helping villagers to start businesses and earn income through financial assistance,improving employment rate through employment assistance,helping rural economic development through improving infrastructure,fundamentally solving family difficulties through education assistance,and driving regional economic development through industrial development.However,at present,there are still some problems in the consolidation of poverty alleviation,such as the lag of infrastructure construction,the insufficient ability of industrial assistance to "make blood",the weak practicality of the financial assistance model,the unstable economic foundation of the poverty alleviation population,the uneven development of the collective economy and the lack of stamina.It is suggested that Chendian Town should continue to improve the infrastructure and strengthen the hardware support system in the next stage of work;optimize agricultural industrial structure and improve industrial sustainability;stick to the people-oriented principle to improve farmers’ participation;carry out the "double support of aspiration and intelligence" and pay attention to the material and spiritual improvement.
