At present,China has entered a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and marching towards the second centenary goal,More than at any time in history,we are eager for talents.It is essential to strive to seize the commanding heights of innovation and firmly grasp the development opportunities.From the central government to the local government,great importance has been attached to talent work,and the "battle for talent" has become increasingly fierce.In recent years,Lianyungang has successively issued a package of talent policies and made a series of efforts to introduce and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This thesus focuses on the implementation of Lianyungang’s talent policy in the new era and new requirements,and finds that Lianyungang’s talent has a peak but no plateau.Although some achievements have been made in the training of academicians and the application of candidates for national major talent projects,there are still problems such as low total amount,poor structure and low quality.Through interviews and surveys,it was found that Lianyungang’s talent policy,although it has a certain attraction in high-level talent introduction and youth talent training,still has problems such as focusing on "helping the high",and the implementation of the policy is not limited.At the same time,the number of young talents introduced has continued to decline,and there is a rish of intensified brain drain.In view of the problems existing in the talent policy,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as the need for multi-agent participation in the policy formulation,the need to highlight local characteristics in the policy formulation,and the need to build and improve the talent introduction policy system,so as to continuously amplify the "magnetic attraction effect" of Lianyungang City on talents. |
