Research On The Talent Introduction Policy Of Taiyuan Cit

In social development,the first resource is human resources.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the corepays close attention to the development of talents,and clearly points out that one of the most important resources in the process of social development is human resources,which plays a very significant role.The essence of the competition of comprehensive national strength is the competition for talents.Only by effectively cultivating outstanding talents can we seize a favorable position in the process of competition.Taiyuan City actively participates in the battle for talents,and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to gather talents in the construction of civilized,open,affluent and beautiful Taiyuan.By analyzing the text of Taiyuan talent policy,this paper summarizes the current situation and implementation effect of the policy.By issuing questionnaires,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the talent introduction work of Taiyuan municipal government and analyzes the causes.The research finds that: in recent years,Taiyuan has made outstanding achievements in talent introduction,but at present,Taiyuan government has some problems in the process of talent introduction.It mainly includes: unreasonable talent introduction policy,limited satisfaction degree of talent introduction,improper structure of talent introduction,low public awareness of the policy.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as comprehensively optimizing talent policy,strengthening innovation,attaching importance to policy publicity,implementing and supervising talent policy.
