| Labor education is not only an important content of young pioneers’ education,but also an important way of young pioneers’ Education: This study takes lvhetang primary school,Pingtang street,Yuelu District,Changsha as a case,through investigation and research to understand the young pioneers’ attitude,emotion and cognitive level and problems towards labor,establish the goal of labor education in combination with the school situation,implement the education of labor values,labor emotion and labor skills,and evaluate its effectiveness.The survey found that in terms of attitude and emotion,the young pioneers’ labor attitude is not correct enough,they are not active enough in dealing with labor tasks,and they have not formed natural labor emotion;In terms of labor cognition,the vast majority of young pioneers respect labor and workers,recognize the value and achievements created by labor,and have correct labor values,but the definition of labor is relatively narrow,and think that labor is physical labor;In terms of the behavior of participating in labor,the vast majority of young pioneers participate in labor based on external incentives.They are willing to participate in labor,but do not take the initiative.Only a few members have developed good daily working habits.In view of these problems,the goal of labor education for young pioneers is established in lvhetang primary school,Pingtang street,Yuelu District,Changsha,that is,through labor education,young pioneers can form correct labor concepts,stimulate labor enthusiasm,and gradually form good working habits.Around this goal,the squadron counselors organize the team members to learn and cultivate the labor values of the new era in the team meeting and team class;Set up service posts in the organizational life of the team,build and manage activity positions,stimulate the labor emotion of team members and cultivate good working habits;Through team practice activities and team brand activities,realize the trinity of school,family and society,let the team members have labor opportunities anytime and anywhere,consolidate the achievements of daily labor education of young pioneers,and promote the formation of labor habits of the team members.Through the above work education of young pioneers,the expected objectives have been achieved.Summary and Reflection: Young Pioneers counselors should update their educational ideas;Establish the dominant position of team members;In terms of labor content,we must grasp the principle of keeping pace with the times;In terms of implementation approaches,we should move towards an integrated practical path. |
