| The red cultural resources have their own natural educational function attributes.As an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the rich connotation and era value contained in the red cultural resources of Jinggangshan present unparalleled educational advantages in carrying out educational activities for young pioneers in schools.However,current researches on red cultural resources in pedagogy mostly focus on higher education,education of core socialist values and patriotism,etc.Nevertheless,few people combined red cultural resources with Young Pioneers activities to conduct systematic studies.From the perspective of educational management,in this study we explored the current situation of the application of red cultural resources in the Young Pioneers’ education activities,analyzed the realistic dilemma of integrating red cultural resources into the Young Pioneers education activities specifically,and built a specific path for incorporating red cultural resources into the Young Pioneers education activities.This research is based on the characteristic index system of activity management by James March,a management scientist,Engestrom’s third-generation activity theory,and various elements in the content module of Young Pioneers Activity Course Guidance Outline(2021).Based on these three viewpoints,four keywords were obtained.Then,word frequency analysis was carried out on the literature,papers and monographs by means of content analysis method.Six implementation elements of the education activities on Young Pioneers’ red cultural resources were obtained,namely activity resources,activity theme,activity content,activity form,activity organizer and activity evaluation.According to this,a questionnaire was prepared.Based on the questionnaire survey of 360 Young pioneers and 95 Young pioneers’ counselors from three schools in the county,township and village of Jinggangshan,supplemented by face-to-face semi-structured interviews with 12 young pioneers and 23 other interviewees,the results of the survey showed that there were five problems in the current Young Pioneers’ red cultural resources education activities in Jinggangshan,including incoherent theme,deficient content and forms,deficiencies in the mechanism of utilizing and integrating red cultural resources,and unscientific evaluation of activity experience.The lack of awareness of the Young Pioneers’ curriculum security development at school and the insufficient professional quality of the counselors were the important factors affecting the Young Pioneers’ red cultural resources education activities.To optimize the Young Pioneers’ red cultural resources education activities in the new era,we can start from the following five aspects.Firstly,the curriculum management of the Young Pioneers’ red cultural resources education activities can be strengthened by determining the planning and arrangement of the Young Pioneers’ education activities,establishing the leading organization of curriculum research and increasing the policy support.Secondly,we should enrich the theme,content and form of the activities and strengthen the implementation of education activities;Thirdly,we can fully mobilize and use all kinds of red cultural resources such as public organization,community and family;Fourthly,the evaluation of sense for activity experience should be improved,while diversified forms and comprehensive subjects can be achieved;Fifthly,the red cultural literacy promotion mechanism of Young Pioneers’ counselors in the new era can be refined.We can optimize the mechanism on teaching,research,evaluation and excitation of Young Pioneers counselors to improve their red cultural literacy. |
