With the rapid development of science and technology in our country,science and technology innovation with each changing day,and the level of science and technology being greatly improved,it is particularly important to train more innovative practical and technical talents.The China Young Pioneers is a group organization for Chinese children founded and led by the Party,also a school for the children to learn socialism and communism with Chinese characteristics.It is the reserve team for building socialism and communism.The Young Pioneers shoulder the fundamental task of educating people for the Party and the country.In2021,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work of the Young Pioneers in the New Era" mentioned that the Young pioneers organization should highlight the characteristics of practical education,and establish a mutually complementary Young pioneers practice education system.The Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum Guideline(2021 edition)for the first time targets the Young Pioneers activity curriculum to cultivate the core literacy of Young Pioneers in the new era.Therefore,carrying out the Young Pioneers’ scientific and technological practice activities is of great significance to the comprehensive development of the young pioneers.It is helpful to cultivate the children’s scientific spirit and scientific literacy,inspire their scientific dreams and naive scientific feelings,and train reserve strength for the future development of our country’s science and technology cause.This study is committed to understanding the specific situation of the Young Pioneers’ scientific and technological practice activities in primary schools in Hohhot area.This survey mainly adopts qualitative research methods,interviews and questionnaires,SPSS and statistical analysis to investigate the development situation,and analyze and attribute the existing problems.The results show that there are some problems in the primary schools in Hohhot,such as insufficient attention,irregular frequency,lack of activity resources and insufficient understanding of the connotation of the activities.In view of the problems,this study puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of grasping the overall deployment of the Young Pioneers’ science and technology practice activities,establishing the normal mechanism of the Young Pioneers’ science and technology practice activities,exploring the scientific literacy of the Young Pioneers’ science and technology practice activities,and aggregating the resources and forms of the Young Pioneers’ science and technology practice activities.It is hoped that through this study,more young pioneers organizations can strengthen their attention to the scientific literacy of young pioneers,which is also a cause that needs the common attention of all sectors of society.By mobilizing the scientific resources of the whole society,we can jointly create a scientific environment,lead a scientific atmosphere,and help the all-round development and lifelong development of young pioneers.It is expected that science education in the future can stimulate children’s interest in scientific exploration,so that more children and teenagers can rush to the sea of science stars.
