A Study On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Labor Education Practice Of Young Pioneers In The New Era

This study originated from three factors.First of all,it is the policy orientation of the Party’s educational policy in the new era.In 2018,in his speech to the National Education Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to "train socialist builders and successors for the all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor",insisted on building up people by virtue,took labor education as one of the "five educations".The status of labor education was significantly enhanced,and labor education was closely watched by the education community and all walks of life.Labor education plays a vital role in the growth of individuals and the development of the country.Strengthening labor education is the basic requirement of carrying out the Party’s educational policy in an all-round way,and it is also an important content to cultivate students’ core literacy.Second,the current situation of labour education is worrying.Teachers and parents pay too much attention to the academic achievements of children and neglect the overall development.There are misunderstandings and prejudices about labor and labor education,resulting in some children do not have the ability to be independent,and develop bad habits.It is imperative to change this situation of labor education now.In addition,my major is Children’s Organization and Ideology Education.During the period of graduate school,my focus is on the study of the Young Pioneers,which leads to the thinking and exploration of carrying out labor education in the Young Pioneers.The purpose of this study is to use Xi Jinping’s educational ideas for children and young pioneers,the Party and state’s discussion of labor and labor education,and the Marxist concept of labor as the theoretical basis,using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,in-depth interview methods,and observation methods to select Two elementary schools in Chengdu,Sichuan Province conducted field investigations for the case,and obtained the documents and materials of the school’s Young Pioneers through the investigation,explored the connotation and significance of the labor education of the Young Pioneers in the new era,presented the process of the young Pioneer’s labor education,and analyzed the current status of the Young Pioneers’ labor education.Through field research and literature research,combined with my own thinking,a practical path for the Young Pioneers’ labor education is proposed.The theoretical significance of the research is to make educators more deeply aware of the importance of labor and the important role of labor education,provide scientific theoretical guidance for the Young Pioneers to carry out labor education,enrich and deepen the ideological education theory and labor education theory of children and children.The practical significance of the research is to promote the healthy growth and all-round development of children,and cultivate high-quality laborers who adapt to the needs of the times for the country and society.In terms of research structure,the first chapter gives an overview of the new-age Young Pioneers’ labor education,and explains the development of the new-age primary school Young Pioneers and the connotation and significance of the new-age Young Pioneers’ labor education.The second chapter presents the typical activities of the Young Pioneers’ labor education in the new era,including daily cleaning,waste sorting and recycling,lunch self-management,professional experience and "stone" characteristic activity courses.The third chapter analyzes the investigation of the effectiveness of the Young Pioneers’ labor education.First,it introduces the survey objectives and survey targets of the Young Pioneers’ labor education.Then,it presents the children’s labor cognition,labor emotion and attitude,labor skills,and labor process and habits.The fourth chapter discusses the causes of the Young Pioneers’ labor education survey results,and believes that the results are due to the following three points: first,the school leaders attach great importance to building a labor curriculum system;second,they are good at using off-campus resources and effectively carry out multiple labor education Related activities;third,the squadron counselor penetrates labor education into all aspects of daily management.There are three reasons for the shortcomings: first,some parents have a partial understanding of labor and labor education;second,exam-oriented education squeezes the time and space of labor education;third,the labor education of the Young Pioneers lacks a comprehensive guarantee mechanism.The fifth chapter mainly puts forward the path strategy of optimizing the young pioneers’ labor education.First of all,updating the educational concept and establishing the correct concept of labor by improving the professional education of the young pioneer counselors’ labor education and transforming the educational concept of emphasis on wisdom over labor education.Secondly,labor education is clearly included in the school education development plan and the establishment of the Young Pioneer labor education practice position as a means to clarify the Young Pioneers’ dominant position in labor education,so as to play the leading role of the Young Pioneers in labor education.Last but not the least,strengthening the supervision and guidance of the Young Pioneers’ labor education by education departments at all levels and actively using the off-school support force of labor education to establish the Young Pioneers’ labor education guarantee mechanism and cultivate a consensus on labor education.
