In the context of the reform of the Young Pioneers,the types of Young Pioneers education are diversified.Young Pioneers education is not only carried out in schools,but also outside schools and in communities.The development of education for young pioneers in communities conforms to the requirements of the development of The Times,and makes up for the shortage of education for young pioneers in schools with its own advantages in time and space,which increasingly attracts the attention of relevant experts and scholars.Some urban communities in H Province actively carry out Young Pioneers activities,which have good effects in terms of the type,popularity,evaluation and harvest of the activities.However,there are also some problems in the activities of Young Pioneers in the community.Therefore,this research in view of the three cities,a total of 6 H province community research,the situation of the young pioneers activities in community on the basis of the concept of the young pioneers activities,take the methods of interview and questionnaire analysis,the basic attitude of H province city community young pioneers activities,activities of internal relations of the internal operation,activity,the activity of external support and safeguard and so on situation investigation,to understand the H province community of young pioneers activities time,frequency,content,evaluation,young pioneers activities of community,community,the internal relations between the teachers of the young pioneers,As well as the superior departments,schools,families,community surrounding subjects and media support for the activity;The organization,system,teachers,funds,positions,information and security of the activities.It is concluded that the main problems existing in the activities of Young Pioneers in urban communities of H Province are as follows: serious formalization and low frequency of activities,casual teaching attitude of teachers,lack of volunteers,and insufficient fund,position and mechanism guarantee for activities.The main reasons are as follows: the activity content design is not attractive enough,the activity lacks an evaluation mechanism,the activity lacks effective publicity and cooperation,the teachers of the community Young Pioneers lack experience,the superior government departments ignore the construction of the community Young Pioneers,and the utilization of the community resources is insufficient.After analyzing the causes of the problems,countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of activity content,system construction,teachers,fund guarantee,resource integration and multi-party cooperation,in order to better promote the development of urban community Young Pioneers activities in H Province.
