| As an important carrier of learning activities of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the activities of young pioneers are an important practical way for schools to carry out moral education for Young Pioneers.However,one of the important links of moral education is to study and discuss how to improve the actual effect of young pioneers’moral education,which can effectively promote the development of young pioneers’moral education,so that the young pioneers become more excellent,more qualified successors of the country,which is also the spirit of instructors teachers,Young Pioneers call.Therefore,and in combination with the new requirements of the National Committee for the development of young pioneers’activities,this paper takes 14 primary schools in Yanji as a case study,through the case analysis,interview,questionnaire survey,literature research methods and other methods.The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of the young pioneers activities in primary schools,to analyze the causes of the problems,and to put forward suggestions that can promote the development of students’moral education,it is reference for the improvement and better development of the work of the Young Pioneers,and further strengthen the effectiveness of the students’mind being infected by the activities of the Young Pioneers,and actively guide the students to form sound three views,improve their own ideological realm,for the healthy physical and mental development of students to lay the foundation.Based on a questionnaire survey of students and Squadron Counsellors in 14 primary schools in Yanji and an interview study of brigade counsellors,first,the young pioneers’activities are weak in fostering students’sense of organizational belonging;The moral cultivation of the activities of young pioneers is covered by the moral education of ideological and moral education;third,the activities of Young Pioneers do not contribute significantly to the cultivation of students’patriotic feelings;fourth,young Pioneers activities promote the healthy growth of students while ignoring the cultivation of creativity.In view of these questions,this article carries on the attribution analysis mainly to have the following points:First,the implementation of the moral education of Young Pioneers by schools is insufficient;second,the goal of moral education of young pioneers in schools is not clear;third,the content and form of moral education activities are single;fourth,the "childlike nature" of Young Pioneers is not displayed;fifth,the organization construction of Young Pioneers is weakened.Sixth,the quality management of instructors is lack of standardization.Finally,some suggestions are put forward.First,we should change the educational concept and strengthen the moral education of Young Pioneers;Second,we should make clear the goal of moral education and pay attention to the ways and means of moral education;third,we should enrich the forms of moral education activities and promote the interests of young pioneers;fourth,we should pay attention to the construction of the moral education front,fifth,to improve the moral education level of team members,improve the construction of counselors,enhance the effectiveness of moral education.I hope this paper can provide a valuable reference for the follow-up research. |
