In the "full up" background,as the China’s largest organization of children and adolescents--the Young Pioneers’ number rises,but the internal recognition to it is not high.In the fact,the line between the Young Pioneers’ education and the moral education at primary school is not clear,which results in the insignificant role of Young Pioneers The previous survival education is too important to the cultivation of individual viability,weakening the individual’s survival value and meaning,and the survival and development of the group.So,the purpose of this study is to attract the attention of the survival of the organization.Taking the content as the starting point,it builds the activity contents of Young Pioneers survival education at primary school,to guide the practice of the Young Pioneers survival education,to improve the survival of young players,to achieve the team members and organizations of mutual benefit.This paper first uses the literature method,clarifies the content,the way of the survival education and so on,sums up the related contents of the Young Pioneers’ activities,expounds the development course and the content characteristics of the survival education of the primary school,analyzes the role of the Young Pioneers’ activities in the implementation of the educational content of primary school survival,clears the primary school Young Pioneers survival education activities of the feasibility of the study.Secondly is the interview method.It analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the Young Pioneers’ survival education activities,including the ambiguityof the content of the activities,the ambiguity of positioning and the design,which clarifies the practical necessity of the activities’ construction of the Young Pioneer.Finally,combined with the case analysis method,this paper extracts the contents of the activities,optimizes the content structure of the activity,and discuss the function and guarantee conditions.Through the study of content elements,structure,function and security conditions,the study builds the activities’ content of Young Pioneers survival education at primary school.First,under the guidance of the concept of survival education,based on the individual development,and the status of activities and the problem analysis,combined with the specific curriculum of the school,it enriches the content elements of Young Pioneers survival education activities: identifying,maintaining,development.From the knowledge,emotion,behavior,the identity is divided into: rules compliance,value recognition,identity practice.From the perspective of dealing with people and organizations,people and others,maintaining organization is divided into: maintaining the organization’s reputation,consolidating organizational status.From the personal knowledge,emotional,behavioral,developing organizations includes traditional heritage,hard-working,social practice.Based on the analysis,this paper discusses the relationship among the three factors,which based on maintaining,takes identifying as the core,development the condition.Second,in practice,three elements can’t appear alone.It sums up the vertical activities contents of the Young Pioneers survival education.Learning from the survival education experience of American Boy Scouts,like the learning contents when joining in the Boy Scouts,practicing oath and so on,referencing counselor’s practical experience,combined with the physical and mental development characteristics of young pioneers,this paper is divided into low,middle,high section to optimize the framework of the activities’ contents,put forward specific activities’ contents,like rules and values,practice and experience,construction and publicity,will and toughness.Thirdly,from the role of theory and practice,this paper discusses the four functions.This activities’ contents can enrich the survival educational contents of the Young Pioneer,provide practical guidance for counselors,enhance the individual survival qualities,defend the organization’s development.Finally,with reference to the operating conditions of survival education,from the school support,counselor change,the young pioneers,family and community cooperation,this study discusses the operating conditions of these contents,points outthe direction for the activities of the survival education.In short,the development of young pioneers and young pioneers in the new era is inevitable.Through personal survival training,this paper achieves the development of the Young Pioneers,enhances the value of the survival of the Young Pioneers and their members,which is the ultimate goal of the Young Pioneers’ survival education at primary school. |
