At present,China’s fertility rate is gradually declining,and it is facing a serious population problem.In order to improve the enthusiasm of family reproduction,the fertility policy has been gradually relaxed,and important arrangements have been made for the "three-child" policy and supporting support measures.The care problem of0-3-year-old infants faced by professional women has become their unwillingness to give.Therefore,how to solve the problem of infant care deserves widespread attention.As the capital city of Shanxi Province,Taiyuan City should actively explore the impact of infant care support on the fertility willingness of professional women,test the effectiveness of the policy,and improve the content of the policy,so as to better improve the fertility willingness of professional women.Based on statistical discrimination theory,cost utility theory,and Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory,this article analyses infant care support from four aspects: enhancing the protection and respect of women and infants,sharing infant care time,improving self-confidence in career development,and reducing fertility costs.The mechanism of the role of care support on the fertility willingness of working women,and puts forward research assumptions.On this basis,the questionnaire survey data is used to construct Poisson regression and binary logistic models to carry out empirical research.The study found that there are differences in the impact of different infant care support on the reproductive willingness of working women.Among them,in the study of exploring the impact of the number of children that professional women intend to have,special seats and green channels,non-profit or inclusive infant care institutions,flexible arrangement of working hours and protection of occupational rights and interests,Internet + maternal and infant(family)classroom will set up special seats and green channels for working women in Taiyuan City.It has a significant positive impact.In exploring the impact of the reproductive intentions of professional women,special seats and green channels,infant vaccination,infant safety protection,infant disease prevention and control,private infant care institutions,non-profit or inclusive infant care institutions,breastfeeding leave,flexible arrangement of working hours and professional rights in public places.Benefit protection,special deduction of personal income tax for the care of infants and young children under the age of 3,Internet + maternal and infant(family)classrooms,and distribution of publicity brochures will have a significant positive impact on the rebirth intentions of working women in Taiyuan City.At the same time,through heterogeneous analysis,it is concluded that infant care support for the fertility willingness of There are certain differences in the impact.Based on the above empirical results,policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of changing ideology,improving economic support,improving the maternity leave system,developing childcare services,and strengthening maternal and infant health security.This article focuses on professional women,the main group of childbirth.On the basis of theoretical analysis,empirical testing is of certain significance for improving the infant care support policy of Taiyuan City,meeting the needs of different levels of professional women,alleviating the pressure of childbirth,and improving the fertility rate. |
