The introduction of the "three-child policy" is like a stone aroused thousands of layers of waves,it will cause a huge and profound social impact. At the very least, for working women,it elevates the question of "procreation" or "promotion" to "regeneration" or "promotion".Optimizing infant care support has become an important policy content to improve working women’s reproduction willingness.Based on this, this study is based on the related theory of infant care support and fertility desire, taking the career women of childbearing age in Guangzhou as the survey objects, the paper uses the literature analytical method, quantitative analysis method and comparison analytic method to explore the influence of the time support, economic support and service support of infant care on the reproduction willingness of working women in Guangzhou.Firstly, the paper reviews the evolution of infant care support policies since the founding of the PRC.Secondly, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the status quo of infant care support and reproduction willingness by SPSS,and regression analysis was conducted on the relationship between infant care and reproduction willingness. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that infants and toddlers were mainly dependent on informal care support from their mothers or grandparents;Fathers are generally absent from infant care support; The supply of public childcare services is insufficient and the accessibility is low.The regression results showed that time support and partial economic support had a significant positive effect on reproduction willingness, but economic support policy did not have a significant effect on reproduction willingness. On the basis of the research conclusion and learning from the lessons of developed countries, this paper puts forward the policy conception of this paper from four aspects: time support, economic support, service support and support for intergenerational care.
