Research On Fertility Intention And Influencing Factors Of Women Of Childbearing Age Under The Background Of "Three-child" Policy

With the announcement of the seventh national census,the population problem is attracting more and more attention,from "the selective two-child policy" to"universal two-child policy",the national fertility rate remains low,the total fertility rate is only 1.3,average annual population growth rate of nearly 10 years remains at the level of 0.5%,and has continued to decline.Proportion of the population aged over 60 to the total population is also increasing.According to the statistics of the seventh national census,the proportion of the population aged over 65 is 13.5%.The degree of the population aging is gradually deepening,so it is urgent to put the population problem on the agenda.In order to investigate the willingness to have a number of children of the women of childbearing age,put forward reasonable suggestions,and promote the "three-child"policy better implemented in the future,this paper applies the questionnaire survey method and multiple logistic regression analysis to analyze the fertility willingness of women of childbearing age in Lu ’an city from the aspects of individual,family and society after the implementation of the "three-child" policy,under the combined action of multiple factors such as age,family income,career development and spouse’s attitude towards childbirth,so as to provide the reference for the formulation of supporting measures of the "three-child" policy.In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the data,the survey adopted random sampling method to collect data,and then analyzed the data with SPSS 22.0,and adopted stepwise multiple regression model to explain the correlation and effect of different influencing factors on fertility intention.According to the analysis,spouse’s attitude toward childbirth,career development,whether parents can help,marital status,and habitat types of women of childbearing age birth have significant impact on their ideal number of children,in the 17 independent variables in the spouse,while there is no clear correlation between the ideal number of children with the level of education,family income,age and house prices.Finally,this paper puts forward seven suggestions to improve women’s willingness to bear children,in order to promotes the"three-child" policy and its reflections and enlightenment,has certain reference significance.Including setting up the correct concept of marriage and childbearing,creating a good atmosphere of marriage and childbearing;safeguarding women’s legitimate rights and interests,improving the policies for ensuring women’s employment,configuring working hours flexibly;continuously improving infant care services supporting facilities;attaching importance to promoting educational equality;improving preferential policies of tax and housing;strengthening the construction of grass-roots family planning organizations.
