The Policy Support Of Childcare Service And Its Influence On Fertility Intention

Population is an important problem for a country to survive and develop.China is facing a severe challenge from the population problem: the number of newborns is decreasing,and it is facing a high-risk period of "low fertility trap".China's government began to liberalize the birth policy,expecting to improve the birth rate,but the results were not satisfactory.The level of fertility rate is closely related to the willingness to bear,and the policy support of early childhood care service,as an important factor affecting the willingness to bear,needs more attention.The number of children in China ranks the second in the world.Also,the demand for early childhood care services is large.However,as the main body of traditional childcare responsibility,women's awareness is waking up,more and more women have joined work,and the number of traditional childcare services is gradually decreasing.The extreme imbalance between demand and supply has brought today's early childhood care services into a dilemma.General secretary Xi Jinping put forward for the first time in the nineteen major reports of the party that we should continue to make new progress in "the education of young children".Therefore,from the perspective of early childhood care services,this paper will explore the supply status of early childhood care services and analyze its impact on the willingness to bear,hoping to provide suggestions for improving the government policy support system of early childhood care services.At the same time,the paper is supposed to improve the willingness to bear children of the population of childbearing age,push forward the implementation of the "two child policy",and finally achieve the effect of improving the fertility rate of the population of childbearing age in China.This research is mainly from three aspects: the first part will refer to the relevant policies and yearbooks of China's early childhood care services,sort out the development process,classification and current situation of China's early childhood care services;the second part will explore the public demand for early childhood care services in China through the form of investigation,and further divide it through the relevant data analysis.The third part is the international experience and the government policy improvement suggestions.After sorting out the mainstream schools of policy support for early childhood care services in the international community,combined with China's specific national conditions,the paper will put forward relevant suggestions.The author hopes that through the research on the current situation of government support policy of early childhood care service and its impact on fertility will,the government will pay more attention on the policy of early childhood care service.Through the relevant improvement suggestions,we can help to improve the current child care service policy system,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of stimulating the willingness to bear and improving the fertility rate.
