Research On Influencing Factors Of Childbearing Intention Of Women Of Appropriate Age In Qingliu County Under The Background Of Three-child Policy

In recent years,the country has carried out a series of intensive fertility policy adjustments,from "advocating one child" to "allowing three children",from "birth control" to "encouraging birth",from strict birth restriction policy to loose birth policy,the rapid change of policy is to increase the fertility rate and promote balanced population development.This paper focuses on the topic of "Research on Influencing factors of childbearing intention of school-age women in Qingliu County under the background of three-child policy".By analyzing the current situation of population childbearing support policy in Qingliu County,based on the actual situation of the county,the survey objects are focused on married women of school-age aged 20-39 in the fertile period.By stratified random sampling,questionnaires are designed and individual in-depth interviews are conducted.In Qingliu County,13 towns in the child-bearing age of women to carry out a survey,this time a total of1000 women of childbearing age selected,the final valid questionnaires are 976.The survey shows that local women of the right age have a preference for boys,and intergenerational parenting is a common phenomenon.In the investigation of influencing factors for having a third child,parenting energy,economic pressure and imperfect policies are the main factors,and it can be found that imperfect policies are a major factor affecting the willingness to have children.This paper analyzes and studies the influence of policies on fertility environment,fertility guarantee and parenting guarantee,and puts forward several optimization suggestions and implementation guarantees to achieve the purpose of improving the fertility willingness of women of appropriate age in Qingliu County: First,optimize the fertility environment policy by spreading healthy marriage and parenting culture,creating a three-child birth atmosphere and enriching intergenerational parenting mode;Second,improve the maternity insurance system,strengthen the implementation of maternity leave,improve the level of medical services to optimize the fertility protection policy;Third,by improving the education system,housing concessions should be tilted,and reasonable implementation of maternity subsidies to optimize the policy of childcare security.Through the analysis and research of this paper,it is expected to deepen the understanding of the current situation of three-child birth in Qingliu County,which is conducive to Qingliu County to formulate fertility support policies that can smooth the fertility decline trend of Qingliu County and improve the population structure based on the local reality.
