Research On Coordinated Treatment Of Rural Living Environment In Town A Of Southwest Shandong Province

To build a beautiful countryside,promote rural modernization,and consolidate the achievements of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,we must achieve rural revitalization.In the process of actively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,the improvement of rural living environment plays a key role,which not only determines the attraction of rural talents,but also relates to the achievement of the rural revitalization strategy goal.The governance of rural human settlements will not only help to significantly promote the continuous optimization of rural environment and improve the quality of life in rural areas,but also help to further build an ecological and livable rural society around the governance of rural human settlements,so as to coordinate the simultaneous governance and improvement of all aspects of rural areas and improve people’s well-being.Focusing on the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper studies the governance of rural human settlements in A Town,Southwest Shandong Province.This paper mainly uses the collaborative governance theory and the multi-center governance theory,taking the current situation of rural human settlements governance in A Town,Southwest Shandong Province as an example,and taking the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as the basis,analyzes the current situation and effectiveness of rural human settlements governance in A Town,Southwest Shandong Province from the aspects of industrial development,village planning,residential environment improvement,rural health governance,infrastructure construction,etc.,and combines questionnaires and interviews,After comprehensively sorting out the prominent problems and root causes faced in the process of governance of rural human settlements in A Town,it was found that the government did not perform its duties properly,the governance bodies did not form a joint force,the villagers did not have enough awareness of the human settlements and the social organizations were not actively involved.Finally,it analyzes the causes of the above problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of playing the leading role of the government,playing the role of the governance subjects,improving the villagers’ public awareness and environmental awareness,and actively guiding the participation of social organizations.Finally,it makes a systematic summary of the research in this paper,and puts forward prospects for future relevant research.In the southwest of Shandong Province,A Town has actively promoted the governance of rural residential environment,and has achieved certain results,but it is far from meeting the requirements of the strategic goal of rural revitalization.For A Town,it is still necessary to further sort out the actual situation of this certificate,rely on the national active policies,and on the basis of summing up and drawing experience,scientifically and effectively accelerate the pace of rural residential environment governance,in order to build a beautiful and harmonious new countryside.
