Study On Cooperative Governance Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Y Town,Shenqiu County

Improving rural living environment is an important task for China to enter the post-moderately prosperous era in 2020,also an important task for rural revitalization,and a major concern for rural well-being and rural harmony.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that solving prominent environmental problems involves all aspects of economic and social development.It is necessary to build an environmental governance system in which the government takes the lead,enterprises play the main role,and social organizations and the public participate,so as to bring together various forces and form maximum synergy.The study on the collaborative governance of rural human settlements environment governance can provide feasible and targeted solutions for solving the existing problems of rural human settlements environment governance,which is conducive to better allocation of social resources,promoting all subjects to participate in the governance of rural human settlements environment,and has important practical significance for improving rural human settlements environment and boosting rural revitalization.Based on the investigation of the status quo of rural human settlement environment governance in Y Town,Shenqiu County,through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that Y Town’s main role in participating in rural human settlement environment is uneven,the process of collaborative governance is not smooth,and the guarantee measures of collaborative governance are not perfect.The main reasons are unclear function positioning of the main body and lack of communication and consultation platform.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the capacity building of collaborative subjects,improve the collaborative governance system,and improve the security mechanism.The government,enterprises,village committees and villagers are called on to actively participate in the governance of human settlements,jointly create an ecological livable and convenient living environment,and promote the faster and better development of rural human settlements.Thus,it can improve the villagers’ sense of gain and happiness.
