Research On Improvement Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In CangZhou City From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

With the modernization course of the reform and opening up over the past 40 years,China’s industrialization has developed rapidly,and the city has taken on a new look.At the same time,there is also a big difference between urban and rural appearance.There are a series of disharmonious scenes in the rural production and living environment.For example,the rural environment is seriously polluted,the housing planning is unreasonable,the village appearance is backward,and the road hardening level is low.All these are far from the requirements of the current economic and social development on the rural area.To this end,the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,focusing on revitalizing the rural economy,improving the appearance of rural areas,and promoting sustainable development in rural areas.Improving the rural living environment is not only the key task of the rural revitalization strategy,but also teardent expectation of the general public.Improving the rural living environment is a major task set at the 19 th CPC National Congress and an important measure to boost rural development.Since the fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,the construction of various undertakings in rural areas has made continuous progress,promoting the overall economic and social development.Entering the new era,we must continue to make solid progress in improving the rural living environment under the leadership of the CPC.Therefore,based on the rural revitalization strategy,this paper studies the improvement of rural human settlement environment in Cang Zhou City from the perspective of rural revitalization.The paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the theoretical and practical significance of this paper based on the rural revitalization strategy.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign academic research on rural human settlement environment,expounds the research ideas and research methods of this paper.The strategy of rejuvenating the second chapter first around the country and rural living environment and clarify the relationship between the two concepts and,show the theoretical basis of rural living environment improvement,mainly including: the theory of Marx and Engels on the ecological environment,Lenin’s theory of rural development and rural residential environment of generations of leaders of the communist party of China about the important in this paper.The third chapter is the rural residential environment renovation work and achievement of Cang Zhou city,in general,the first analysis of the current rural residential environment of Cang Zhou city basic situation,analyzes the Cang Zhou rural living environment since the fifth plenary session of the 16 th central regulation of three main course,the last of the rural residential environment renovation of Cang Zhou city four major achievement has made the analysis and summary.The fourth chapter is the main problems facing Cang Zhou rural human settlement environment remediation,and pointed out the deep reasons for the main problems.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for Cang Zhou’s rural human settlements environment remediation,which provides solutions for Cang Zhou’s rural human settlements environment remediation from four aspects: adhering to and improving the leadership of the Party,increasing capital investment,making up the shortcomings of sanitation facilities and improving the relevant mechanisms of rural human settlements environment remediation.
