Research On The Improvement Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is a historical shift of the three rural issues after the completion of a well-off society in an all-round way.It marks that the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has been smoothly advanced to the next stage.A series of policies issued by the central government have steadily promoted poverty alleviation and rural development.The first step of the organic connection of revitalization is to implement the improvement of the rural human settlement environment.The improvement of the rural human settlement environment is an important foundation for the implementation of rural revitalization,a specific action to promote the integration of urban and rural areas,an inevitable requirement for the construction of a beautiful village,and the promotion of happiness Realistic measures to gain a sense of feeling.Therefore,in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the research on the improvement of rural human settlements has important practical significance.This article uses literature analysis,field investigations,questionnaire surveys and other methods to conduct interviews with village officials through the understanding of the human settlement environment improvement work in J Village,Zhongming Town,Yi’an District,Tongguan District,Anhui Province,and N Village,Xihu Town,Tongguan District,Anhui Province in recent years.Questionnaire surveys with villagers to understand the working concepts,measures and effects of the two villages,analyze the problems and causes that arise,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and conclusions based on typical cases at home and abroad,aiming to provide reference and reference for the current rural human settlement environment improvement.Villages J and N have achieved certain results in domestic waste treatment,natural environment restoration,and old house restoration and reconstruction projects,but at the same time,they also exposed the villagers’ limited awareness of the human settlement environment,inadequate supervision and protection,Problems such as the incoordination of the natural and human environment remediation and insufficient maintenance funds.Based on the experience of typical cases at home and abroad,four practical countermeasures are put forward,such as insisting on the main status of farmers,improving the supervision mechanism,coordinating comprehensive rectification and developing pillar industries.
